I wrote this song the night that I was reunited with my wife after being apart for just over a year. From the moment I watched the police take her into a detention center in South Florida, from calling her and video calling on a prison system phone, to Skyping after she was deported back to Russia to this night when I finally was with her again in Amsterdam.

It was almost weird to be with her, it was surreal, like a dream that I had several times already, neither of us could believe that a year had gone by. I literally woke up that first night and checked my bed, that she was actually there with me.

This song takes place after "Empty" and after "One more day".

This song is for anyone who was ripped from their loved ones and then finally after a long time is reunited. That fear of whether or not it is even real.
