This is the original song off Bert's "Nicola" album and it inspired (very easily!) the other track I wrote that is posted here - "Don't Go Baby" (don't laugh!). In all my years I have never heard anyone else sing and play it at the same time. It is a reasonably difficult guitar piece of course and i was thinking of doing the tablature for it for other guitarists to play.  I am not a natural blues singer ( perhaps I haven't suffered enough....) as there is no gravel in the voice, but I have always liked this and I have been playing it since I was 16 years old.  I added the "twiddle" at the end cos I didn't much like the original discordant finish. Both Bert and John Renbourn seemed to like these ending in the 60s.  I've had a bronchial infection for a while so not much recording going on. I am recovering slowly so I hope to post a few more soon.
