Tobin Delroy began his career as an artist in 1994 in his hometown of Hanover. He quickly settled on his favorite genre and soon generated his own ideas for a danceable sound. He was always influenced by classics of the 80s and trance influences. After a break for family and work, he has been active again as a DJ and producer since 2018. After a few social projects that have accompanied him since then, he is now starting out on his own and inspiring people with his sound.

Since their first release in 2009, the Ukrainian duo Woo York has
evolved from underground origins, honing their craft with
performances in iconic clubs like Tresor and Berghain, to become an
internationally recognized globally in-demand artists who made it to
the prestigious “TOP 40 Live Acts” on Resident Advisor.
Setting themselves apart from conventional DJs, Woo York takes to
the stage armed with synthesizers and drum machines, delivering
authentic performances fueled exclusively by their own productions.
Their music pushes the boundaries of techno by seamlessly weaving
captivating trance melodies with the infectious signature groove,
crafting a sound that is unmistakably their own.
Woo York’s journey from the underground scene to the forefront of
the industry was marked by exclusive vinyl releases on highly
respected labels ranging from niche stalwarts like Soma, Semantica,
and Dystopian to the most renowned and celebrated imprints like
Afterlife, Innervisions, and Drumcode. Within these diverse
landscapes, they unveiled a multitude of successful EPs, singles, and
their debut full-length album “Chasing the Dream”, released on
Afterlife - a groundbreaking achievement that soared to the 1st place
of Beatport's release chart, securing the number one position and
solidifying their legacy as trailblazers of an era when melodic techno
was yet to be defined as a genre.

The Electronic Advance is the captivating stage persona of Mathias Teichmann, a talented electronic music artist from Munich, Germany. With a deep passion for electronic music that began at the age of 13, Mathias has dedicated his life to creating and performing cutting-edge techno music.

The Electronic Advance is renowned for his dynamic live performances, delivering an electrifying fusion of Peak Time and Melodic Techno. His live sets seamlessly blend pounding beats, hypnotic basslines, and catchy melodies, creating an immersive sonic journey for his audience. With an innate ability to gauge the energy of the crowd, he crafts each performance to be a unique and unforgettable experience.

In addition to his career as a live act, The Electronic Advance is also a skilled producer and has released his music on renowned labels such as PhutureWax Records, BluFin Records, and his own label. As the owner of City of Drums Black Label, he has provided a platform for other up-and-coming artists to showcase and promote their music.

As a remixer, The Electronic Advance has collaborated with renowned artists like Tom Wax and Chris Maico Schmidt, reinterpreting their tracks with his unique style. His remixes showcase his feel for rhythmic structures and his ability to add a distinctive creative touch to the original tracks.

Earlier in his career, Mathias Teichmann performed under the name "No-Vation" from 1996 to 2000. During this time, he was signed to the record label Toxic Records and released a vinyl EP in 1999. These early experiences shaped his musical journey and laid the foundation for his later development as The Electronic Advance.

With his passion for electronic music, unique style, and extensive experience as a live act and producer, The Electronic Advance has established himself as a well-known name in the Melodic House & Techno - Techno Peak Time scene. His music combines catchy melodies, powerful beats, and hypnotic sounds that captivate listeners and keep them moving on the dance floor.

Well known artists such as Jonas Saalbach, Ramon Zenker & Harada and D-Chai and Max Cavalerra took part in the making of the compilation and as a highlight, Hans-Solo and Bassface Sascha each contributed a special track from the Drum & Bass section. The remixes are done by Bodo Felusch, Pierre Deutschmann and Axel Bartsch and of course Chris Maico Schmidt aka Cybordelics aka Mikerobenics "Himself". After collaborating for ten years with his friend Rémy Maurin under the project name Principles of Flight, then Pierre Delort & Rémy Maurin, the French producer Pierre Delort starts the Moteka project in 2013 in Marseille. Where Principles of Flight was a mix of psytrance, techno rhythms and phantasmagoric cinematographic aesthetic, Moteka veers towards a more minimalistic and restrained approach, inspired by the classics of the English techno scene, such as Surgeon or Planetary Assault Systems. Moteka signs his first EPs on French label Skryptöm, with whom he’d already worked for Pierre Delort & Rémy Maurin. His percussive, hypnotic and dark top-notched-produced techno, make him one of the key artist of the label. Moteka’s music often shows oneiric and melancholic sonic landscapes, inspired by Pierre’s passion for analog synthesizers, as in the « Xyceon » EP, released in 2015 on Skryptöm. 
Moteka is also a regular on London-based label Children of Tomorrow, with a few EPs such as «Trimethoxysilyl » (2015) and « Daneel Olivaw » (2019).
In Marseille, Moteka collaborates actively with French-Moroccan promoters Paradox, and becomes one of their residents in 2018. 
« As we fought Iron Giants », Moteka’s first album, is released in 2019 on Skryptöm.
As a live enthusiast, Moteka’s scenic performance rely heavily on improvisation, with the combined use of machines and software for his always unique performances. In 2018 he joins the techno band Möd4rn alongside Maxime Dangles, Electric Rescue et Kmyle, who release their second album « Decode/Process/Inform/Decide » in September 2022.
In November 2022, Moteka is back on Skryptöm with his second album : Permutation Paradox, produced in collaboration with Canadian artist Truant.J.
