Aly & Fila’s weekly radio show Future Sound of Egypt has reached yet another milestone as the legendary Egyptian trance duo celebrate 450 groundbreaking episodes. As is the tradition to mark 50 more shows, Future Sound of Egypt have put together no less than a triple CD compilation featuring the very best from the label including tens of brand new exclusives for your listening pleasure.
FSOE 450 has been mixed this year by none other than Dan Stone & Ferry Tayle, 2 of the biggest names in melodic and uplifting trance today, Mohamed Ragab who is responsible for some of the highest quality progressive in the scene and being A&R for FSOE Excelsior, and of course Aly & Fila themselves.

This is one of the stand-out tracks from Factor B's Disc 3 of Pure Trance 6. Noble Six needs no introduction, so let's get to the music, Black Star has hallmarks of famed German label Prolekult releases from back-in-the-day; gated and filtering synth layers and pounding percussion provide the backbone, with ethnic vocal samples, arpeggiated piano notes, an intense euphoric lead riff and enough soundtrack-esque FX to make Hans Zimmer wet himself. Wicked.

Under his Sun Decade alias, Ronski Speed has been responsible for some of trance's much-loved anthems through the years. Especially for the most recent In Search of Sunrise, Sun Decade rose again, as Ronski combined with DJ T.H. for Downfall.

And to increase the grandeur of the Sun Decade presence, it features on vocals no less than Ben Lost, of Jump the Next Train fame.

The result is a track with the soul of trance's early millennium era, combined with modern tones to make Downfall an instantaneous appealer for the trance community. Downfall will surely be a favorite for many in the early months of 2020.
