Lobster Theremin's international family extends into the farthest and occasionally most unlikely of places. The Canary Islands might be a frequent British holiday destination, more associated with lobster tans rather than Lobster Theremin, but it is the foremost techno talent from this small island that caught our ear early in 2014, leading to a hammering debut black label release as well as the newest Mörk 12".

Gilmer Galibard is a Las Palmas resident with an varied yet, uncompromising vision and style. Hammering, undulating, tough, raw, wind-swept and crunchy styles all merge to form something familiar yet startlingly unique. A style of techno that initially felt unaffected by the regular kiss of the sun, suddenly melting away with the warm washes of pad-work, thumping tom lines and 90's Valencian breakbeat house on his most recent release.

This mix is a snapshot of his immense and imposing DJ style - rhythmic, driving, UK-tinged and soaking in alien melodies and textures. A UFO landing on the edge of the Atlantic.

I. Marcello - KLUB Interstellar (Part 1)

When somebody says @MickWills, memories can talk.
Booking of Mick is what we wanted for a long time.
In the end of 2016 we decided (thanks to Komiks crew and RARE) to make a big party in the 4th floor of abandoned tower in 7th Prague´s district and that was the great occassion.
Mick came with his friends, spent 2 days in Prague and the most memorable is what he showed us in the warehouse, an intense journey through his personal universes. And to be honest it was pretty fascinating.

Anyway, some time later we asked him about the podcast and because he agreed, we´re happy to continue in our irregular serie especially with him.
69 minutes from hell to heaven and back as only Mick Wills knows!

93 / 94 Mix - Electric Deluxe Episode 190 (DJ set, 2017)

Malka Tuti in collaboration with the italian imprint Roccodisco, and label bosses Ed Rodion and Hugo Sanchez bring forth "Perfidia". Ed and Hugo (aka Alien Alien) are no strangers to pitched down sexy dancefloor tunes. With previous releases on Slow Motion records they've made a name for themselves as sexy bastards. With Perfidia they present the vocalist Igino, a friend from home, Rome. Together they've boiled a slow burning, constantly evolving song for the late late hours. Strong Kick, deep low frequencies and those vocals lay the foundations for a true K-Pop hit. On the remix for the A-side Malka Tuti present a collaboration of two disco legends Ray Mang and Severino Panzetta (oh Horse Meat Disco), that add a Mediterranean flavor to the original tune, easing things up... On the b-side we have another slow burner with "Bella l'Estate", joined by a top remix by Tel Avivian prodigy Naduve to conclude your go to "hit of the summer package".
