A collection of Uplifting Pop tracks.  This set was challenging for me to put together for it’s a mix of different genres that were tough to blend together.  From Country, to Synth Pop, to Soul this was pure euphoria to record

Safe And Sound

At it again.  It’s quite interesting how I began my journey into EDM with Hardcore (roughly 160+ BPM);  but my heart and soul has been most happy exploring the deep sensual side of EDM (80-125BPM). 

This is a recorded practice set that contains sounds from Far East,  and gently raises from 95bpm to 124, deep and minor keys with a few major thrown in.  The evolution into the progressive deep was quite euphoric to mix.

This arrangement of tracks has been really fun to practice on.  These days I find myself getting lost blending contemporary EDM with centuries old baroque, plus other wild genre combos….

This set is compiled of 18 of my all time favorite Vocal, Instrumental, Symphonic and Uplifting tracks.  These tracks have all seeded my soul with utter euphoria, gorgeous lyrics, inspiring poetry and most of all produced by extremely talented composers and producers from around the world.  

I recorded this set on a Traktor S4 deck using 2 decks, primarily blending with EQ and stacked effects to mask and alter highs lows and mids during transformation.  I used one node  stacked effects and the other alternating flanger and phaser.  Arrangement is semi Camelot by key, and contains 16 major and 2 minor key songs. 

I aim to execute phrasing perfectly, find those sweet spots to throw in to trick the ear and mind into a false transition, and include teasers as early as in the first phrase of a track.  

I love to mix more than anything else in my life;  nothing brings me such intense pleasure.  Please indulge in a bit of love, euphoria, and escape your troubles, oh and, somebody loves you.

Mixologist. Show me your recipe, I’ll show you mine.  Wild transitions over seamless (ok seamless blending is cool too), you hot trix?  Dream to be a teacher, addicted to learning. 

Orchestral Uplifting Trance, Hardcore, House and Psy and more. 

My fascination with sound began at a very early age with a small electronic keyboard my parents gifted me.  I remember the joy simple chords and harmony brought to my spirit.  My adolescence was spent playing trumpet, singing until 2000 when my focus in sound shifted to primarily electronic. 

My love for EDM began in Buffalo, NY after a night out at Club E, where I heard my first HHC track, "shooting star" from the blue chapter Anabolic Frolic Happy2bHardcore.  This took me on a journey of discovering a new sound which inspired emotions of love, euphoria, goofy, grinding beats.  I got turned on to trance by Vanbuuren, Corsten, Tiesto.  

I began studying uplifting trance in 2014 and mixing in 2018.  I find uplifting trance the most challenging for it's phrasing, keys, and overall structure can be challenging to paste together, but bring unlimited possibilities for an emotional journey through sound and poetry.
