Los Angeles, CA | Bridgetown Records | After playing around a hundred live sets a year for most of the 2010s, I abruptly shifted my lifestyle inward and my relationship with music has changed so much. It's been great just listening a lot, making tunes without public pressure, mixing alone into the early morning, enjoying silence when we find each other. Last week I was feeling very inspired by folks in SF and missed the feeling of hitting every town on the road and performing contemplative ambient techno house or whatever you wanna call it for friends and strangers... This mix is a direct response to that inspiration and desire to share, so I tried to keep the sound and selections a little closer to my roots: long, melodic blends that evoke the moods and feelings my own music is an outlet for.
