This record comprises seven distinct original songs, each reflecting the Astral Mixtape's varied musical interests, blending elements of rock, pop, jazz, electronica, classical chamber music, and the natural world.

The title track, Biolumy, was inspired by the mesmerizing beauty of bioluminescence - the organic glow of living entities. This phenomenon captivated the band throughout the album's creation, and the word ‘Biolumy’ came to represent an imagined mystical space where their weirdest and wackiest ideas would thrive, fuse together, and morph in unpredictable ways.

Astral Mixtape is a band that creates groundbreaking original music with classical instruments and electronics.
