Hello dear friends, today we are pleased to share with you the podcast of a very important person for us in whom we have great trust :)

iwamaki is a japanese Drone＆Ambient techno producer who started djing in 2015. Her approach is a deep drone journey. She is conscious of creating a deep sound with an approach of layering sounds.

She also plays as "Menou" when she does LIVE SET since 2019.
Since last year, I have been releasing MIX and LIVESET from podcast (Into The Abyss,TREVE, The Godmother Radio,IDA Radio etc…)

In the past, she played at Dommune of the event "Hardcore Ambience" in 2017 and also at Contact Tokyo,VENT Tokyo, sound space α, Kagurane, Soup etc...

She would be happy if people could listen and enjoy the subtle changes in sound.

Hanyo van Oosterom started the ambient collective CHI in 1983. Jacobus Derwort, a musician friend with Hanyo was the first musician to join CHI. Together, they went to the magic rock “The Kallikatsou” on the island of Patmos, Greece.

Here, Hanyo had stayed for months in a cave for some deep soul-searching. He heard CHI in the silence of the night like a message from out of space. Being together at the Kallikatsou they shaped the foundation of CHI, making handmade flutes from local bamboo and conducting field recordings of water, crickets, owls, goats, wind, etc.

After several years of collaborations with musicians like Willem Cramer and Michel Banabila, they decided to start together the beautiful The Chi Factory with which released (with the help of Ario Farahani and his label Astral Industries) some of the most beautiful records in the history of ambient music

Following the passing of group member J. Derwort in 2019, Hanyo van Oosterom’s legacy work brings about the next evolution of the Chi project: Son of Chi.

The sound of Hanyo Oosterom unfurls lushly overgrown 4th world drones, voices, and field recordings, naturally drifting between time-slowing beats, FM radio interference, and languid instrumentation combining the western retro-futuristic point of view, the New Age, and the ancestral eastern tradition.

In 2007 Hanyo invited the legendary Jon Hassell for two magical nights of “instant composing sessions” with the Numoonlab Orchestra in LantarenVenster in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with other special guests like Tony Allen (Fela Kuti), Ursula Rucker, Kain the Poet (Last Poets), Dwight Trible (Art Ensemble of Chicago), Omar Ka, Anthony Joseph, Colonel Red, Joe Bowie (Defunkt) and many more. The recordings are still online.

Arthur Flink was part of this Numoonlab Orchestra. Arthur is a trumpeter and electronic jazz producer from Rotterdam, Netherlands. Previously active in bands like Monsieur Dubois, State of Monc, and their collaboration project Monsieur Dodo, he now releases work through the FLiNK project.

In late 2022 Hanyo van Oosterom (Son of Chi) and Arthur Flink released ‘The Fifth World Recordings’. A tribute to the late Jon Hassell, who passed away in 2021, the album connects a deep running thread that captures perfectly the mysterious and magical world of the American trumpet player and composer.

Hello there. Today, I'm glad to unveil a new stellar journey curated by argentinian's talent Forest On Stasys.

Previously known for his driving techno works under his Mental Resonance alias, this new project is more influenced by tribal and minimalist sounds from the nineties as by the deep and abstract electronic works.
Besides his interest for the dancefloor, he is fascinated by drone and ambient, in order to captivate the listener with melodies that can be marked by a strong melancholy or with notes that give a certain feeling of satisfaction depending on his current mood. 
Since early 2019, he co-founded the Danza Nativa label with @alderaan-music and @kyntral, on which he put out the first release, "A Vision Of Light".

As the title said, this mix was designed as a "mysterious night" under a sky animated by the hypnotic dance of the shooting stars. There is no stars without darkness, and the light can be found even in the deepest obscurity. I'm sure this beautiful selection will carry you into a timeless dimension.

Whilst all are deeply rooted in a spiritual and ethereal sound, his most majestic output has arguably come to life through the https://soundcloud.com/illuvia alias. After capping off a debut, self-titled album in 2017 with an atmospheric Drum and Bass track, it quickly sparked a two-year conversation between Ludvig and A Strangely Isolated Place to pursue a full record in this style. 

Focusing on the far reaches of both the Ambient and Drum and Bass spectrums, Iridescence Of Clouds, combines the two extremities. Soaring, euphoric Ambient textures overlay distant echoes of driving Drum and Bass, before subtly transitioning to drums at the forefront, once again.

Typically atmospheric Drum and Bass song structures become blurred, as half-step kick patterns sit amongst more recognizable Amen breaks; or reverb-heavy drums; often echoing the worlds of Ludvig’s other aliases - his fingerprint instantly recognizable. The expected breakdowns are often ephemeral; teased slowly into existence and then faded into the background as each track weaves in and out of the two musical spectrums and the progressive emotion of the album unfolds at a glorious, soaring pace.
