As we are going trough drastic shifts in consciousness and step by step awakening to and remembering or at least pondering who and what we truly are we are invited to be led and receive guidance from our heart space.

The more we tune into and listen to our heart and actually honoring it by following its guidance no matter how illogical or non-sensical it might seem the closer we got to a life that is fulfilling and joyful.

Our heart is directly connected to our higher self and our soul and carries the divine spark. We can work with the field of the heart to manifest the reality that we desire. 

I hope this journey helps you to open your heart, to be more gentle and loving towards yourself. To relax and let go of the judgement and burdens. The pain and trauma of the past. Lighten the load and remember who you truly are and why you came here.
