After more than 10 years of experimenting in the studio, @kosh212 is one of the few upcoming Moroccan artists to catch attention on a global scale. Growing up in Casablanca, it’s during his years spent in the U.S. that his interest in early acid tracks and Detroit techno truly matured.

Whether playing DJ sets or performing live, Kosh knows how to subtly jump through different genres. Versatility is in fact often said to be his trademark. His music delicately blends nasty acid basslines, frenetic breaks, and electro beats, as well as warm infused pads and fast-paced techno.

After moving back to Casablanca in 2016, Kosh has been actively involved with the label @csvoyager alongside his longtime friends and music partners @drissbennis aka OCB and Jonas Bengio aka @vviewtifuljoe. In 2021, Kosh started his own self-releasing label called @convergencerec

A musical project born from an unexpected encounter and a firm will to bring Gnawa music out to the world. Written in Frankfurt, recorded and engineered in Bockenem, Germany, Rabii Harnoune & V.B. Kühl have collectively produced an LP that explores a special musical territory, perfectly blurring the lines between North Africa and Europe, released in 2020 via @tru-thoughts, this melange of traditional Northern African Gnawa music and electronic sounds has led to a fascinating debut and otherwordly cross-cultural friction resulting in a 12 piece album encompassing deep vibes and unstoppable grooves, building a bridge from old to new. Born in London, Half Mauritian half Moroccan, raised to music from both Morocco and Mauritius, @mehdi-elaquil is a DJ and Selector who has witnessed the pivoting of musical currents over the past decades. Heavily inspired by Jazz-funk, Hip-hop, Electro Boogie, Afro-beat, Soul, and House music, Mehdi has been honing his craft since the early 80s. As a DJ he has transitioned from playing in Ibiza to making regular appearances in London during the mid-90s, followed up by a steady relocation to Australia back in 2004. 
Firm lover of music on Vinyl as a medium with a continuously rising interest in electronics and studio gear, Mehdi has gathered solid knowledge and expertise over the years, which has led to the creation of his own equipment line 9 years ago, @condesaelectronics, a globally renowned series of high-end mixers, hand-made in South Australia. 

Mehdi's DJ style is free-floating, eclectic, and lively, with a penchant for positive vibes fully summarizing the essence of DJing.

The two-decade artist has been musically blooming without an ounce of quality loss. From his humble beginnings in 2011, North African, Casablanca-born and based producer has been continuously shaping his sound signature in the sphere of electronic music, resulting in a cross-genres blend appealing to both DJs and music fans from all across the spectrum. After a small run of exalted singles and EPs, Polyswitch gravitates towards the full-length format with “PRAISE THE SUN“ a 13-track sonic testimonial showcasing his distinct sense of substantially blending a vibrant profusion of musical currents.

Emanating from an expression of delight and adoration, “PRAISE THE SUN" can be used as a universal answer to questions like ‘What to do?’ when there are no other solutions left. Reflecting the times, recorded during periods of duress and uncertainty, “PTS“ is a body of work conveying feelings of harmony, hope, love, and unity throughout 13 sublime musical works harkening back to the Jazz-funk fusion days with flavours of house, soul, hip-hop, and electronica mixed in. 

“PRAISE THE SUN" could very well be seen as a message of hope to a generation coming of age in a time of decay, collapse, institutional corruption, and societal change.

Scheduled for release this month, Polyswitch shares a batch of his recent finds and go-to's that accompanied him navigating the process.

Glenn Astro is just one of multiple alter egos the Berlin-based producer and DJ carry for himself. Releases on labels such as @nowtermina @tartelet-records, @ninja-tune, and @wotnotmusic, several high-profile remixes, as well as contributions to the @resident-advisor, Solid Steel, and @dkmntl mix series, helped to heave his name to the public eye. Known for his chunky beats and fuzzy textures, Glenn Astro was a crucial figure in a new wave of electronic music producers setting trends between 2013 and 2015, leaving a distinctive signature on everything he touched. But Astro has quietly been crafting a new sound for himself. Sometimes taking detours, morphing into various band constellations, more alter egos, and experimenting with artist collaborations.
