Asura / Charles Farewell opens two outstanding chapters in his musical odyssey with [ 360 ], a powerful cinematic downtempo album which captures and enhances the essence of the original Asura sound with its slow grooving rhythms, entrancing melodies, deep flowing pads and ethnic instrumentations. 

This fourth album from Asura will stand as the coming out of Charles Farewell as an incredible composer of overlapping ambient genres, from ecstatic to chilled, groovy to uplifting, he offers the audience a wide open musical journey with finely chiselled orchestrations and a strong sense of space and timelessness. Mostly instrumental, the album offers a sublime vocal introduction courtesy of Ayten and discreet voice-overs from the artist. 

[ 360 ] is a lively and attractive record which presents three years of sound modelling, synth programming and deep immersion in multi-layered soundscapes. Peaceful and majestic.

Vincent Villuis lifts the veil on a vibrant album filled with a fragile melancholy and yet refreshing intensity; as always altering and fusing light and darkness while playing with the idea of close and distant environmental resonances. 

His music has taken a new depth, enriched by his encounter with German composer Christoph Berg and his experience as an "artiste en residence" at Les Dominicains de Haute Alsace, an ancient cloister revamped into a music hall where the artist ambled within the walls to record echoes and atmospheres and infused them in his compositions. 

All along [ Perimeters ] atmospheric electronica flirts with neo-classical space music, warm downtempo grooves and basslines roll upon hypnotic pads, fragmented drums imprint beats into still and ecstatic layers of field recordings and subtly AES Dana throws in pushy and enthusiastic progressive trance bringing a driving force to the musical journey.

Astropilot is the alias of electronic musician Dmitry Redko. His music is hard to constrain to a single style, rather, it’s an eclectic blend that defies boundaries. Whether it is a chillout-ambient composition or a more dance-oriented track, Dmitry aims to “tell a story” with it. Astropilot authored soundtracks for popular apps Solar Walk / Star Walk, which were downloaded over 10 million times. Material created over the years had been released on labels familiar to electronic music connoisseurs – Ultimae, Iboga, JOOF.
