French DJ Cancel23's musical journey began in the late 90s, spinning vinyl in Lille, Paris, and Belgium.
After a break to focus on family, he returned to Lille's nightlife in 2022, exploring genres from Disco to Techno under his Astropony alias. In late 2023, he unveiled Cancel23, a darker alter ego dedicated solely to Techno.
Cancel23 emerged as the raw, hypnotic persona of Astropony, captivating audiences with industrial-infused beats and ominous melodies, exploring underground Techno music.

Astropony's musical odyssey began in Lille, France, in the early 2000s, when he debuted on Radio Galaxie. It then spread to Paris and Belgium, in clubs such as “At The Villa”, the “Zoo Club” and the “Nox club”.

Inspired by artists such as DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter and Moodymann, Astropony adds his own New Wave, Disco and Soul influences to distill a groovy, uncompromising house sound.
