Jay Clarke returns to his imprint BLACKAXON for his 6th instalment which will be dropping in 4 parts across September and October 2021. The project titled ‘Riders of the Storm’ was announced earlier in the year across his social media channels where he made 4 previously unreleased original tracks available to remix as part of a competition. This was opened up to all production levels, with the idea to give lesser experienced artists the chance to remix, get creative and most importantly have fun. Jay has carefully selected his favourite remixes which will now be presented on the label.

From our hometown of Utrecht we welcome one of the youngest talents in the scene Jordy de Graaf. At a young age he got in touch with Techno music through an LP and began discovering his preferred style and started mixing as well. Going to raves at the age of 16 he entered the underground scene of Amsterdam. That’s where he fell in love with the style he is playing right now. Fast, pounding and groovy techno that gets your body moving! Expect to see Jordy de Graaf play at some of these underground parties very soon! We welcome Amsterdam-born and raised Romy Jansen, also known as HAZEING. Being an active member in the Amsterdam scene for quite some time now. She really lost her heart to techno and started playing herself. Deep rolling techno, with heavy baselines, fast electro and hypnotic beats is what describes her style best. But she does not restrict herself to techno, she also blends in other genres like electro and ghetto to take her listeners on a musical journey with the intention to make you smile. 

In this 1 hour long mix she wants people to connect and seduce each other to dance for hours smiling to each other with every drop. Because dancing is what helps you through the more difficult times in life!  Expect hypnotic grooves with a bouncy touch, sitting still is not an option!
