The seventh release on the Berlin based record label INHERIT is coming up - again the co-founders Disguised arranged a selection of their tracks and created a striking EP which is complemented by a remix of the talented producer Ferdinger.

Ferdinger, the labelhead of Life In Patterns is known for his dynamic sound and released more than once on the well known label ARTS. His interpretation of the title track „Ace U  OP p The Sleeve“ is a perfect fit for IHT007. Recurring elements of the originals and his own additions created a remix that evokes an indescribable vibe.

This release introduces the groovy side of the label and shows with full energy how techno can inspire to dance. Besides driving drums, pumping kicks and an irresistible flow, Disguised shows what it means to create a great mood with recurring synths and a perfect track structure. The tracks are not only created for the clubs of this world, but fit on every festival and open airs to round off the sets perfectly. With passion and a lot of work, an EP has been created that will not go out of your head so quickly. Look forward to "ACE UP THE SLEEVE" by the Berlin duo Disguised with a remix by Ferdinger.

I was in the UK last year after a massive summer of touring, caught the train down to Brighton with some friends, and ended up in an incredible studio overlooking the beach. I was missing home a bit, but feeling really inspired and wanted to write a feel-good record, reminding myself of the importance of saving time for the ones I care and love. Whilst (In the studio) overlooking the same site Fatboy Slim hosted his ‘Big Beach Boutique’, I was thinking about the UK’s dance music history, it inspired me, and decided to lean into the idea of writing something that sounds sampled, but isn't. I often like to write records completely on my own, but it feels so perfect to have written this one alongside some good pals — Clementine Douglas, Caitlin Stubbs & Toby Scott.
