Dark Things Matter

Kith, The Great City of Audrane's, princess ,Arabella has been murdered. After the death of the kings blessed daughter, he slaughtered cities in order to avenge his daughter. Now the cities sing this song in remembrance of the tyrant king and the lives taken from The Lands of Audrane.

Standing atop the mountains of Audrane, you see an army advancing towards the city of Kith,

Danger Ahead

In the distance, peering through the western plains, you see the heads of the castles. Twiga is a symbol of safety in Audrane, but the plains let no man pass without loss.

Chapter Two Stuck In The Swamps Of Maraketh
In our journey throughout Audrane, we had gotten stuck in the Swamps of Maraketh. We heard sounds approaching but there was nothing we could do. No where to go. No hope, but to see daylight again and find our way back to Kith.

Stuck In the Swamps Of Maraketh - Chronicles Of Audrane - Chapter Two

As the orange sun falls below the tree line of the swamps of Maraketh, and outline of a small nestled village emerges from the shadows of the forests. The village emits a faint sound of singing, words floating with the wind. This could be the forgotten village of Wyrmwood. I was told as a boy this place was cursed by the same entities that dwelled in the swamps before humans were here. Darkness is too dangerous to go alone. I must seek shelter in these structures and hope i can stay hidden until dawn.

Wyrmwood

A mix inspired by the last moment before an untimely execution, a blade upon the throat the traveler, a life in the balance. An unsuspecting traveler caught in the reality of the iron, a story of choice. 
     Among the battlefields of Audrane's western countryside, horses run like thunder along the trails of the forest calling the countryside's most brave of warriors. All have been told of the fables of magic the invaders use to take the riches of the farming villages, sustenance in the stomachs of evil men. The men of the battlefield realize the fable is but a myth and the blade is but a tool for the wicked. The traveler with the cold feeling of iron on the skin knows the blade is truth when the crimson edge is laid upon the throat. You must hold strong until allies arrive. Laying on the cold grass of the plains, the flow of life fleeting from the traveler as wind brushes through the hills, as war wages on in the distance. you hear  yelling and the clash of iron and the horses stampeding. You can feel the sound vibrating through you amongst the plains of Audrane like water in the Red Sand River. The traveler must choose, stop the flow of life, or pull the sword from the stone and release yourself from the physical realm.

A Sword in the Stone - Fire Chant

On the battlefield, chaos raged around the fallen knight as his comrades fought desperately to hold the line. With the knight’s armor heavy and his wounds grave, one soldier rushed forward, determined to save him. He gripped the knight's arm, pulling him toward safety through the carnage. But just as hope seemed within reach, a sharp, cold blade pressed against the knight’s neck. The soldier froze, his heart pounding as he looked up to see an enemy figure emerge from the shadows. The attacker held the sword steady, and the knight’s fate now rested in the balance.
