“Sunset“ and “Sunrise“ letting you feel the power of drums and kicks in a clean version. “Lost Soul“ is more melodic and decorated with soft synths. The shaker is breathless and it seems like THe WHite SHadow collected all pent up emotions in that song. We have “Last“ sounding really metallic and unique. A lot of elements fighting against each other to end up in a magic break.

On top Dutch producer Olivier Weiter serves us a straight and uncompromising remix which will rock the dancefloor with it’s simple and catchy atmosphere. Welcome back in the club, we’ll guide you through the new season.

Chapter 8. History never repeats itself: for progress and thought moves not in circles, but in spirals.

For its latest instalment, fast rising imprint Chapter 24 welcomes Kurt Baggaley to the helm for two mesmerising pieces of electronica-infused techno, supplemented by powerful Editions from THe WHite SHadow and Nhar.

An artist who lives and breathes electronic music culture, Kurt Baggaley has evolved his productions into a unique and personal sound since his early days as the Electro artist Scape One. Taking in influences from early 80's Chicago House, Detroit Techno and New York Club, with a fusion of Italo Disco, Euro Synth and Electro, his huge Former Self EP on Something Happening Somewhere in Spring 2015 was met with widespread acclaim. Supported by the likes of Michael Mayer, Dixon and Petar Dundov, it was followed up with an album on Abstract Theory a few months later.

With the Spiral EP, Kurt brings more of his mesmerising and arpeggio-laden electronica to the table. Spiral {Original Mix} relentlessly interweaves layers of analogue synths and drum machines into a unique and compelling whole. Meanwhile, Spiral {Staircase Mix} is dancefloor-ready, losing none of the hypnotic edge of the original whilst being deeper, darker and techno-tinged. The spiral winds its course.

THe WHite SHadow (aka Anthony Godwin) is next up. He delivers a typically intricate and electrifying Edition that sees him capitalise on the success of his Goodbye EP for Chapter 24, leaving us tingling for more.

Finally, the label welcomes NHAR. An electronic music staple with Kompakt Records, he has released as far and wide as mobilee records, Correspondant and Boxer Recordings. Adding his own French vocals, he deploys his talents to take things into low slung, menacing and sexy territory.

Emanating from a central point, continuously increasing and receding. Hypnotic and never ending…let’s ride this spiral to the end!

The ‘Reconstructed’ series hit back with a release that revisits two of Steyoyoke Blacks earliest masterpieces. Aaryon and David Granha amalgamate their skills and talents to deliver their own versions of Pete Oak’s ‘Tranquila’ and Skena’s ‘Waiting in the Wings’.

Aaryon & David Granha’s interpretation of ‘Waiting In The Wings’ takes on quite a few extra drum layers, giving it a more punchy vibe. A torrent of high hats and double bassline kicks establish a strong foothold, subsiding only momentarily to allow for the tracks signature synth riffs to shine through, which arrive in a much lower key then the original.  

This ‘Tranquila’ remix has even more elements added to its already unforgiving presence. The bassline oozes a solid dubbed flavouring and sits more prominently as the backbone of the remix, all whilst industrial soundscapes punch and claw their way in and around the track, creating a rhythmic angst of darkness and ferocity.

Giving in to what the fans want, Slow Hearts get their debut EP for Crossfrontier Audio, and we’ve certainly got some treats in store for you. Two fast-paced original works see the light of day in Kadur and Caverlon, but the tracks certainly do most of the damage when used at night! We also get a heavy remix from the raising stars Danito & Athina, all via the hotly tipped Kadur EP.  
With the Kadur EP, Slow Hearts get blood pumping fast. When you’re wanting a rhythmic and upbeat ride, Kadur holds the floor in suspense like few others and plays through nearly 10 minutes of deep vibrations, while Caverlon’s synths trickle in tandem with the tempo, enticing us with a sturdy rise to euphoria, all the while flowing in a rigorous dissonance.  
Continuing to smash it, following on from the epic remix of Pankow and their Slwhrts track on 4 Years of Crossfrontier Audio, it was only right for Slow Hearts to give us more of their four-to-the-floor influence with this debut EP, and having released some killer tracks on reputable labels like Suruba and Motek, it’s high time we got it going.
On the agenda of proving points and making waves, Danito & Athina, another pragmatic duo have dealt the final blows with their remix of Kadur. For the CFA fans who can’t stop playing their well received Fire EP, Danito & Athina turn Kadur into a monolithic, yet punchy number, that imbues the big sounds we love and want to dance the night away to.

We're delighted to present you a snippet from the EP in the form of a full premiere of 'Mesoplodon' - this is an epic cut, a pulsating eight and a half minute trip along an underwater highway. SevenDoors fuses an upfront groove and soft melodic touches to great effect.

Release Info: 
Motek music is exited to welcome Miyagi to the label with his single ‘Mescal Lane’. He has delivered an emotive piece of deep atmospheric House, full of warm flowing pads and soft Asian style pan pipe and flute textures. Strong drone bass elements add grit and depth to a production that constantly moves and evolves from start to finish. 

Remixing on this release we have Stevie R with Delfin and Alex Zed, Kora and Speaking In Tongues. Stevie R, Delfin and Alex Zed have stripped the original back, making their take more spacious and punchy. Keeping elements of the original in the pads and woodwind, a weighty kick and bass line have been added to create a deep groove whilst chords stabs bring in new focal points.
Kora has also stripped back the original to create more groove play and space within the track. The use of percussion comes through in this more techy mix and has a more hypnotic feel with subtle lead line adds in the low end and its continuous rolling beats.
Finally Speaking In Tongues are back on the label bringing a driving bold remix to Mescal Lane. A track with no real break it keeps pushing forward with intelligent arrangement through interchanging parts. Most notably the addition of the triplet lead line brings depth to the production and cuts a strong focus to the track.
