Being a story-teller who encapsulates noises throughout a shared-universal narration of culture is the main sound concept behind of Herhangi's perspective. Since 2012, under the name "Herhangi", Adem Kurt has been producing and giving live performances by capturing emotional depth sounds. Based in Istanbul and Tokyo, Adem also works as a music director which gives him access to create instances of creation/alteration/cancellation in a multi-disciplinary art.

Hi,

I am a hobby musician (keyboards and Guitar) and like to experiment around a bit. I haven't had the opportunity to be involved with a band over the last 20 years or so. That's why I resort to making my own music  at home. I'm a bit of an 70s and 80s fan. However, I also like modern synth music.

Any criticism is welcome (AND BADLY NEEDED!!!!!)but I can't be "everyone's cup of tea". If anyone likes my music then I would be overjoyed. Please feel free to listen to these songs, don't forget though that they belong to me and if anyone wants to commercially exploit any of my material, if you think they're good enough (ha ha), or any of my songs then just send me a request by email and we can discuss things.

The equipment I use is a Roland VA7, MC 808, Yamaha RM1X, DJX1, QY700, NI Maschine, NI Kontakt 5, NI Massive, Alesis Multimix USB2.0, I mix it with Ableton and Komplete (thx for the tip Simon!).

UNITED STATES OF EQUANIMITY(USOE) is a platform for the creative expressions of Roy Layer, who was born in Toronto, Canada and currently lives in Peterborough. 

USOE began in an analog home basement studio in 1987, which lasted until January 1989. The second digital home studio came together in 2012. 

All these recordings are essentially live spontaneous manifestations made using musical hardware.  Pre-recording loops of simple motifs with the Kaossilator Pro and Kaos Pad, and having access to multiple instruments at arm's length permits  a significant presence and versatility without losing touch with the immediacy of the moment.  

Art for art's sake.  U.S.O.E. is a non-commercial enterprise.  All tracks are free to download.  They may be freely used so long as credit is given.  Additional spontaneous collaborations with close friends are posted under the name "Space Patrol".
