H A R ! - Pulverizer

We did it again. I'm proud to introduce a brand new release, another collaboration with a timeless, spaceless Mistress of Vocal Time and Space. Nearly needless to add I'm talking about Myrh (@myrhyum). We started this collaboration more than one year ago, but I've been having tons of issues, so... Now it's out, and we hope you all will enjoy it.
Allow me to bore you with a few words about how we did it. Myrh originally sang along a looped section of another (still incomplete) song of mine, featuring the guitar part that eventually turned out to be the initial guitar solo in this final version. I had only Myrh's vocals, a tempo and a few bars of a guitar solo. I added a track of sampled tablas: at first I thought of it as a mere tempo reference, but it sounded good, so I kept it. At this point, I had a vision of how the piece had to sound. I pictured Myrh's vocals flowing inside a starship running through darkened depths, backed by an invisible ensemble of musicians playing some kind of an alien raga.
I found the starship on my internet browser. I downloaded an audio file called 495-AAB from archive.org (https://archive.org/details/Voyager1/495-AAB_8min10sec.wav). It was recorded on the spacecraft Voyager 1 ( launch date: 09/05/1977) and it's in the Public Domain. I did some sound design on it, and it became an awesome drone for the song, perfectly fitting Myrh's vibe. Then I recorded a few parts using my children's toy-instruments: vibraphone, oud and tambourine. A few months went by before I could start working on the organ, and a few others as well before I could record another couple of tracks with bağlama and lyra. I eventually completed the guitar solo, then added bass guitar and sampled drums. Once again I had to stop, for a considerable amount of time, before I could do some editing, the final mix and the mastering.
My humblest and heartfelt thanks to Myrh for allowing me once more to collaborate with her, for her limitless patience with my inconsistent workflow, for this gem of a song that I tried to decorate with (more or less) alien sounds and noise. One last word about this somehow arrogant use of the tag SpaceRaag: I'm absolutely aware of lacking of sufficient musical knowledge in order to compose or perform an actual raag; this is merely a spontaneous creation, I only tried to mess around with these harmonies springing from Myrh's sublime vocals and my own science fictional sonic vision.

Tu incarnes la voie du Cool et c’est bien plus que parfait.
Attends donc que se déroule ton beau tapis médiocrité.
Même si tes rêves coulent, seule Loose peut se noyer,
ce lourd boulet ne roule plus, qu’à la seule force de tes poignets.

Abandonne ta voie critique, happy people don’t say no !
Laisse ce poison électrique, décaper l’infâme de tes eaux.
Si bien séduis par ce sourire, tu as oublié que ces dents,
Sont les belles armes de nos empires, perçant le coup des innocents.

Si tu uses enfin des tiennes, à l’identique, s’offre le bagne,
mais en riant de bon cœur, la tyrannie, de peur, s’éloigne.
Retrouve Force dans les faiblesses que contourent, si mal, ces borgnes.
La clé peut être acceptation, d’un Toi complet, qu’enfin, je lorgne.

Salut réseau social, avant les fêtes je tenais a t'offrir une belle critique, j'espère que tu l'aimeras et l'entendras.
En tout cas j'ai fait mon possible pour être à la mesure de ta Coolitude.

Le Nouvel EP de M'Z - la version "concept en musique" de mes travaux de composition.
C'est une critique du cool social par le cool musical...

Dans cet album je m'exerce à adopter un positionnement musical "cool" et souhaite mettre en perspective les limites de cette 'posture', qu'on s'impose, socialement nous même, plus ou moins volontairement et que les réseaux sociaux favorisent largement. 
Posture qui, semble bien plus nous nuire que nous servir. 
"Cool is Watching You" est aussi un point de rencontre en musique entre Orwell et Huxley qui espère guérir le cool par le cool.

7 morceaux que je définirai plus en détails avec des mots dans les jours à suivre, pour favoriser la transe, en attendant je vous laisse le découvrir en sons avec les seuls gros titres comme pistes.

J'avale la mixture et me faufile au delà de la baie vitrée. C'est une nuit d'hiver. Il fait moins quelque chose dehors et je descend le chemin secoué par les larmes et les rires comme un fou. La lune me regarde , cette garce , toujours là quand il faut. Je lui tend le majeur, un majeur qui devra être sacrifié par quelqu'un d'autre, à l'occasion d'une autre lune , dans une autre histoire, six mois plus tard ... Je marche boiteux jusqu'à être totalement désorienté parmi des arbres que je remarque enfin. La forêt est claire, mais je ne reconnais plus rien du tout ... Pourtant je m'y suis trainée régulièrement ici, mais suis-je disposé à me perdre ? L'endroit m'est inconnu , même le sentier que je parvint à rejoindre me semblait vaguement familier ... Et puis là. Oui ! bien sûre ! mon arbre préféré ! Moitié mort, moitié vivant, brisé sur le haut, en longueur. Je l'enlace. Je ne suis pas perdu. Je lui parle de ma peine doucement, comme à un véritable ami, de cette soirée humiliante, de mon maque infini d'espoir, de ... Mais bon ... Il s'en fout ... ce n'est qu'un arbre quoi ... Il me déteste aussi. Il n'a pas totalement tord ... Cependant il coopère ... Lui aussi est à moitié foutu, alors ... L'ombre des autres arbres qui l'entoure laisse briller sa branche la plus morte. Et l'ombre de cette branche lumineuse m'indique une direction sur le sol que je décide de suivre. Je la suis. Longtemps peut être. Assez pour me perdre encore. La luminosité de la lune est étouffé par la densité des branches sans feuilles qui se resserre au dessus de moi. Je continue jusqu'à être dans le noir le plus complet. Je chute souvent, à cause des roches,des ronces, des racines. J'entends courir autour de moi, s'esquiver au dessus. Et je caille, sa mère, t'imagine pas. Et je retombe à cause d'une roche ou d'une ronce ou d'une racine ? Une jambe ? Et au sol, je sens une main m'empoigner l'épaule droite, suivi d'un coup derrière la nuque, et j'entends hurler à mon oreille gauche " FAIS VOIR TON POIGNARD"

La suite ... c'est un combat ... "JF doit mourir" ...
