Peine Perdue - OMBRE TROUBLE

When an artist comes along with a generic track title, it makes it quite difficult to write about.  Artists like O or ? with track titles like (((o))) or 1,2 or 3 don't offer that much of a hook to write about and can be infuriating for writers to review tracks, especially when they want to be creative and play on track titles, or lazily lift a title to write a steady stream of consciousness blurb surrounding it.
Sometimes though, it's enough when the artist's output is strong enough to let the music do the talking.  That is plainly the case with Sololust, with a series of tracks all made on the Dutch Dato Duo synth with an electro/techno tip.
Enfant Terrible continue their rich run of form with this tripped out spoken word sampling analogue live jam which twitches the feet and forces some serious moves, in spite of the generic track title, this jam is anything but!
