This Mix is a big woven carpet of many of my favourtie tracks, artists, moods and genres...
Giving the intention to create sth. new and a journey where very different moods and genres can come together and dance with each other.

This is what the name "Union in Diversity" means to me, to build bridges between different cultures, languages, tribes, genres, styles, classes ... to dance as one within all of our variety and differences.
Complementing trough different keys, wisdom and traditions each others wholeness.

It might be a journey, with many twist and turns, with frictions sometimes, where that friction of vibration creates energy, and that energy needs to be channeled and ordered in the right way to create an uplift and an effect of rising together.

About this EP :
Heimya is a French electro-acoustic trio blending Arabo-Andalusian, Berber, Native American, and Western sounds into a rich, mystical journey between ancient roots and modernity.
Across its four songs, mystical instruments come to play such as flamenco guitars, ancient flutes and deep voices, blending with tribal beats and percussions that sound that might come from another time. All these somehow magical instruments, bearers of ancestral traditions, also very deep and hypnotic, weave a connection between distant influences and contemporary production, creating a soundscape that is both introspective and dance-inducing.
To add up to this sonic alchemy we have a selected group of Franco-Chilean remixers featuring Mula, Karmaâ, Derrok and El Extravagante which add even more eclecticism, groove and inspiration to a release that's has folktronica, downtempo, organic house and even a touch of afro house grooves that's for sure going to be one of this summer's most talked releases.

NAHUAL is a powerful music journey composed and performed by Colombian multi-instrumentalist Anthar Kharana over a period of 10 days where he looked himself with the different plant teachers to bring a message along to the World.

His Music was inspired in the Animal Spirit World of the Americas, a very sacred wisdom that empowered his ancestors in the process of the conscious dreaming and envisioning of life for many generations. Today the Nahuals or the Animal Teachers return to us with their knowledge, colours, skins and many stories to remind us of our place of origin, so our search of identity can finally rest.
