Dreamy melody crafters Moonwalk show off their techno side as they double up with label mainstay Teenage Mutants for a split-EP. Moonwalk set the coordinates signing off the incipient track, a pensive composition boasting a steady bassline traced with scintillating whirs. Lush vocals complete the melody, while additional metallic percussive pads densen the groove, trailing off to an abrupt halt. ‘Meteora’ props a cynical mood, as grave synths interlace, gradually unraveling a crisp and straightforward arrangement.

Teenage Mutants’ first contribution comes in the shape of the tribalesque vocal infused ‘Bokawa’. Kicking off with an immersive percussion, ‘Casio’ instantly comes off as a heavy hitting, dancefloor absorbing cut. Constant blipping ticks reveal the title connection, while synth sequences cushion the groove line. Despite using an array of additional elements, the bassline remains the centerpiece and ultimately makes for an incisive earworm.

Fideles and Kellerkind cross paths into a split EP consisting of six original tracks showcasing their individual yet complemental production styles.

Haptic’s murmuring vocals are at the center of Vitamins, a playful exploration of fluid atmospherics.  A clanging bassline provides the backdrop for whirlwinding synths, as the vocals build up an enveloping, dance-inducing tension. Wave Echoes kicks in lively from the get go: a relentless, steady percussion tied into a wandering baseline are the constant mainstays. The melody slowly develops as a fuzzy wandering pad adds another dimension, equally spacious as it is heavy.

Carving light with synth sweeps and spacious reverb, Illumino takes shape as a deep tech introspection. Accented with whirring bits and maintaining an elated undertone, it effectively embodies the ever-ascending, never-releasing groove that’s perfect for peak time hours.

Kellerkind steps up to the plate with Subzero, a slice of cavernous dub tech. Breathy vocals and sparse ethereal elements set a dreamy mood. Underlined by smooth piano chords, the vocal develops into a full fledged hymn that is both emotive and mesmerising. For his second take, the Swiss producer embarks on a techno tinged journey. Opting for distorted synths and a stomping bassline, he aptly crafts a near dungeon-like atmosphere only sweetened by a lush female vocal. Teaming up with Sven, they offer up Shakti Pan, a meeting point between tribal infused percussion and deep-set riffs. Hollowed out drums and bells chimes touch on chorus vocals and manage to create a highly immersive experience, rounding off the release on an uplifting note.

Respected label Diynamic has announced the eighth edition of its popular ‘Four to the Floor’ series. 

The series aims to champion four productions that have been handpicked, road-tested and approved by label-boss Solomun. The ‘Four to the Floor’ EP series is comprised of four different dancefloor-orientated tracks from different producers, from upcoming talents to long-established electronic music artists. 

First up is ‘Zulu’ from Buenos Aires duo Brigado Crew and Argentinian producer Crisstiano. Drawing from their South American roots, ‘Zulu’ is a percussive track with a laidback yet exotic feel thanks to its echoing vocal samples.

Picking up the pace, German duo Adana Twins’ ‘Uncompromising’ features a driving bassline and clattering synths, building up in waves for a series of dramatic drops. 

Next up is Ukrainian duo ARTBAT & French producer Rafael Cerato with ‘Uplift’, a track that slowly builds ambience with flittering synths before plundering into a hefty low end. 

Rounding off the latest edition of ‘Four to the Floor’ is the atmospheric ‘Pretend To Fly’ from Definition. The 7-minute journey features wistful male vocals and distinctive arpeggios leading into the rich basslines characteristic of the Diynamic sound. With a relatively short career span, Definition has already had a slew of releases on Materialism and Underground Audio allowing his support to grow.

The 11th edition of “Four To The Floor” is here. Diynamic Music’s very own various artist series, which
is always comprised of four dancefloor-oriented tracks that have one special quality in common: they
have all been heavily road tested and certified by label boss Solomun on his countless gigs all over
the world.
Opening the record is a soaring Tech House train with the catchiest electric guitar-turn-string-turnchoir
riff you will hear all year: “I’m So Crazy”, originally released by Par-T One in 2001, now remixed
by Armonica.
Up next is German Brigante with “Mango”, a thumping bass heavy anthem with lots of old-school
elements.
The third track “Choose Life” by Alexandros Djkevingr & Greg Ignatovich has gained a lot of attention
through Solomun’s Tomorrowland set and features lyrics of Danny Boyle’s critically acclaimed film
“Trainspotting”.
Closing off the eleventh instalment of FTTF is Serhan Guney with his dreamy “Journey Of The Mind”,
an ethereal Deep House voyage.

Miami Beach, Florida based Stan Kolev returns to Bonzai Progressive with the fantastic Unravel Me. Fresh off the back of remix duties for Gai Barone's There's A Lady, Stan racks up his 4th BP slice (not forgetting several quality remixes). As ever, we know we're in for a real treat when this guy's work drops into the mailbox. Unravel Me features remixes from top artists Gai Barone, Rick Pier O'Neil and Koschk.

First up we have the Original mix which intros with a classic kick drum and crispy hi hat set up accompanied by rhythmic percussions. Melodic synths fade in and we find ourselves totally locked on to the infectious groove that follows. Deep probing basses weave through the sound and are joined by stabby analogue synths and an array of hypnotic sounds. The short vocal captivates and adds so much depth and character to the track making this an absolute must have.

Gai Barone is up first on remix duties and comes back to BP fresh from his last outing There's A Lady (featuring a remix by Stan Kolev) which performed very well indeed on charts and playlists. Always one to deliver the goods we love to see his newest works drop into the mailbox. The remix gets right down to business with a super tight drum arrangement to whet the appetite. Deep basses and atmospheric FX offer up a deep progressive groove while sweet melodic synths swirl overhead. Superb stuff once again from this guy, not to be missed.

Rick Pier O'Neil returns to BP with another fine remix that is sure to become a firm favourite. We last caught a glimpse of RPO back in 2016 on the remix for Matan Caspi - Fragile Sunrise and since then he's appeared on several of our compilations. With new stuff always on the go we look forward to special collaboration from this guy and some of his friends, something to keep a look out for in the very near future. As ever we're treated to a sublime progressive slice that takes us deeper into the groove. Tight beats and percussions deliver a strong rhythmic flow while sub level basses shore up the low end. Melodic arpeggios litter the sound creating a very cool dynamic against the deeper elements. This one will not disappoint.

Koschk presents something different on this release with his Tech Mix which will certainly stand out in any set with its pumping beat and solid tech house groove. Chunky kicks and crispy hi hats lead the way to the backdrop of mesmerizing percussions that add an extra bounce to the rhythm. A deep resonating bassline lurks down below while rising pads and FX get things moving up top. The original vocals are cut up with expert precision to create a real dancey club vibe which will put this one at the top of many charts and playlists. 

The Dub Mix is a replica of the original with the vocal stripped out leaving a deep and groovy monster that will surely dominate the floors.
