Steve Parry Bio

25+ years dj experience, still loving dj-ing like he's just started. Frisky Radio monthly show, runs Selador Recordings (with Dave Seaman), Is the head honcho at SMP3 Music Promo and SMP3 Music Management.
There are DJs that are instantly recognisable because of their standing in the scene, their visibility on social media or the wacky things they do, and then there are equally talented, immensely passionate people who prefer to work off the radar, people like Steve Parry. 

A working DJ since the age of 15, Steve has amassed a wealth of musical knowledge and honed some serious DJ skills over his time working as manager of the world famous 3 Beat records, a 3 year residency at Cream in Liverpool  and a host of headlining gigs across the globe. As a radio host, his Red Zone show ran for 10 years on Juice FM featuring the hottest new music and regular world class DJ guests. His new show on Frisky radio continues in that vein delivering the best new music around. 

As a promoter Steve has had much success. Firstly with his legendary ‘Alderaan’ nights which ran from '97 - 2001 in a room above the infamous Lemon Lounge helped to shape the very scene Liverpool has become known for. Steves attention to detail and crowd focused guest selections has built a solid and lasting reputation in his hometown and far beyond. His new project - Luna is shaping up to be just as influential and acts as a welcome antithesis to a scene in the stranglehold of corporate greed. 

These days Steve is mostly found working on his company - SMP3 Music Management. where he sources music for a diverse range of DJs including Sasha, Just Be, Sander Klienenberg and many others. SMP3 also has a promo mail out service which regularly features tracks from labels as far ranging as Bedrock, Sudbeat, mircoCastle and Sprout. Steve has also turned his hand to acting as an A&R Consultant to a number of high profile labels alongside working on his own record label with Dave Seaman called Selador. A lifelong ambition having been involved with music for so long, the labels primary aim is to showcase the musical diversity of both Steve and Dave, and its success so far is mainly down to their passion and utter devotion to quality over quantity. 

Production is also on Steves mind these days with several remixes out during 2014 and a new EP and further remixes due in 2015. 

A music fan at heart, he is most happy immersed in his number one passion.

ATL077 marks the long awaited Atlant return of GLOWAL. Since their Atlant debut in 2019 GLOWAL have become Innervisions regulars, also releasing on industry heavyweights like Afterlife, Sapiens, TAU, Watergate and Impressum. The duo has also found time to launch their own label, Semanta, as a vehicle to express themselves over a constant stream of genre crossing originals.

Title track 'Eagles' has all the essential GLOWAL elements - an emotive vocal over flowing beats and electronic artistry influenced by the likes of Kraftwerk, Moby and Daft Punk while placing their sight firmly on the future to create special timeless dance-floor moments.

Milan based Slovenian selector Brina Knauss provides the remix. Brina adds her energy and rhythmic patterns to Eagles, demonstrating a complete understanding of how to lock a club into her groove.

The second GLOWAL original sees Fabio and Alessandro pull to all the stops on 'Until It Breaks'. Addictive rhythms, broken beats, effervescent synth lines and driving beats seize your attention and never let go. A great end of night tune to send the crowd home with its melody repeating inside their mind.

ATL078 sees the hotly anticipated return of Final Request to Atlant after last years Fly Without Wings EP raced up the charts. The result is four fresh and exciting cuts featuring Final Request's trademark twisted melodies, big vocals and infectious dance-floor energy.

Simmering opener 'Sway' grabs your attention with an urgent addictive groove, vocal hook and intense dynamics. A real club track 'Sway' is guaranteed to keep crowds dancing all summer long.

'First Man' takes the EP deeper and darker, calling on duo Stefano X Ruta for support. Complete with mission control radio guidance the track launches into orbit in the second half, taking us on a thrilling journey.

'All I Wanna Know' sees Final Request experiment and cross genres, hitting us with a bass-fuelled up-tempo trip-hop indie-techno gem that will have DJs racing to hit the cue button.

With 'Imperfect' the EP ends on a high, as Final Request fuses tasteful atmospherics and chopped up beats with a staccato arp attack. Further evidence that he's creating his own identity and continuing to develop as an artist. It's great to have him back in the family.

Romanian native BOg is steadily forging his reputation as a DJ, Producer, Label Owner and Artist with tremendous taste, style, integrity and execution. Currently based in Paris his unique musical vision creates special dance-floor moments across the globe every weekend, whether it’s through his DJ sets that take audiences on a real journey .. or through his music featuring regularly in playlists of renowned peers and DJs at the forefront of the underground scene.

Not one for trends or musical fashions BOg’s understanding of people is key: what they sense, what they feel, what they want to imagine, is a part of what distinguishes him from other DJs and producers. Building an increasing and loyal fanbase BOg is well versed in the art of entertaining the more discerning dance music fans. Layering sounds to help set the mood for long journeys in sets that explore the depths and boundaries of creativity.

Having already featured on the likes of Crosstown Rebels, BOg’s growth reached greater levels through Burn Studio’s in Ibiza where he met his close mentor in pioneer and legend, John Digweed. The British icon signed BOg to his Bedrock label with the acclaimed ‘Rewired’ and ‘Moonlight’ EPs, plus a remix of the classic ‘Emerald’ and host of regular individual tracks on Bedrock compilations.

2017 saw crucial and continued development in his story, as BOg spread his wings further to collaborate with Tim Engelhardt on the massive ‘No More Words’ for the Innervisions highly-anticipated annual compilation ‘Secret Weapons Part 9’. A release on Diynamic’s Four To The Floor 10 followed as ‘Why Should’ became an key feature of Solomun’s +1 party at Pacha. With his music now breaking at clubs and festivals across the globe BOg cemented his reputation as an exciting groundbreaking artist of immense talent and depth.

Creating a record label as the vehicle for BOg’s musical vision was the next logical step. With BOg at the helm ATLANT has rapidly established a reputation for landmark releases and breaking new talent. From Stereocalypse’s remix of ‘Color The Rain’ to Glowal's 'Divisions Control' to Mulya's 'Romeo' ATLANT is now a mainstay of the most discerning DJs set. Having rapidly reached the 23rd release ATLANT’s promo list of VIP producers sees regular plays from Âme, Dixon, Solomun, John Digweed, Black Coffee, Adriatique, Maceo Plex, Tim Green, Adana Twins, Lehar, Trikk, Sasha, Hernán Cattáneo, Eagles & Butterflies, Nick Warren and Marcus Worgull amongst others.

2018 was BOg's biggest yet with acclaimed EPs on Monaberry, Poker Flat and TAU, a new vehicle from Adana Twins. BOg also featured on Watergate 25 and Bedrock's XX 20:18 remixing Marst's hit 'Insane'. An ever increasing diary of gigs saw BOg take his sound from South America to Australia to Asia , across Europe and from Tel Aviv to Moscow. ATLANT too has flourished, with Darlyn Vlyse's forthcoming 'Horse' being the track to close Innervisions Albert Hall event, creating a buzz on social media that has carried on long after the final bars.

After debuting for a momentous and truly special Cercle live broadcast for his set at the Ambassade de Roumanie in Paris, in conjunction with the Cultural Institute of Romania, 2019 already promises to be a landmark year for BOg and for ATLANT. Watch this space.

To play an magical set in front of an big crowd, was one of the things Frederic had scheduled for himself in the early times in his career. From the point of now, he can look back on serveral playtimes in awesome venues from Berlin to Munich.

But it is not only the venue and the gear what make an night with him very special, the important thing for him is, to catch the vibe of the crowd after the first minutes to adjust the music to get them into an ecstasy till the end of his set, what you can feel the next day, too.

Since the idea and first steps of the Dj-Projekt „Frederic Stunkel“ was born on an private afterhour, he starts to find the rigth setup to transport his music style. That could be divine somewhere between influences from Ibiza to Berlin, with an not to short break in the underground techno sound from Frankfurt.

Highly inspirated from a lot of Artists, by finding his own style, he worked out a few of interesting releases, for well knowed label´s like Trapez, Advanced & Italo Business. Frederic´s work get the respect from no one other then the pioneer of the modern techno scene, Richie Hawtin, who had used some unreleased material from him, for the presentation of his new setup with the Play Differently Model1 Mixer.

Another milestone for him was to getting remixed by the highly frequented Minus Artist Carlo Ruetz and the Italian Techno heavyweigth Piatto, founder of Italo Business.

2016 was an very busy year, between a lot of gigs around Germany 
with an debut in Berlin´s Suicide Circus, an huge celebration at the Zuckerbrot & Peitsche Festival in Regensburg and amazing shows on his own event “Time To Dance” at the Abseits in Neumarkt, Frederic´s hometown, 
he is getting very creative in the studio and pushed his analog gear to annother level and had the chance to remix the brazilian techno icon Click Box, what has shown us how versatile he is in the genre.

The Munich DJ and producer "Thomas Labermair" (former "Somnia") started his DJ career in 2009 in the former after-hour club "Mojitobar" and was quickly in demand in Munich`s techno scene.

From 2015 - 2019 "Thomas Labermair" (at that time still active under his stage name "Somnia)"worked as a resident DJ at the "Bullitt Club" and he played before or after well-known artists like Deborah De Luca, Alex Stein, Victor Ruiz, Torsten Kanzler, Tom Novy and many more.

Also Thomas plays on Festivals and Clubs like "Gute Laune", "Rote Sonne", "Isar Rauschen", "Isle of Summer", "Haus33 Nuremberg" and much more.

Since 2016 "Thomas Labermair" produce and perform his own sound, and he has already enriched the local scene with several releases.

He released on Labels like "City Of Drums" and since 2021&2022 on Spartaques Label "IAMT" and on The Yellowhead´s Label "Reload Records", has already enriched the local scene with several releases.
