Voici une petite recherche audio pour tester ma nouvelle installation de studio... J'ai ici une batterie de nouveaux sons (instruments virtuels et synthétiseurs) qui ne demandent qu'à être utilisés, donc j'ai fait une petite imitation d'un groupe que j'écoute depuis plus de vingt ans : Dead Can Dance ! L'idée c'était de mélanger un peu des instruments du monde entier, avec ici, en bonus la voix de la sympathique Uyanga Bold pour accompagner le tout !

Façon Dead Can Dance #1

I loved this track off the latest Dead Can Dance album so I thought I'd give it a little re rub. I tried to keep as much of the original in place adding some sexy beats and a touch of 808 Bass to hold it all together. Been playing this out in the Dub Kirtan All Stars DJ sets... a nice way to launch my new Global Whomp (Psy Dub? Sacred-step?) project into the world. Enjoy! - FreQ Nasty aka Atmaspheric

In Australia, where the musical project Dead Can Dance is from, the aboriginal tribe of the Watagora and Kamilaroi use the word "Yulunga" refering to the "Spirit of the Dance". From there seems to stem the verb "yulugi", which in his ancestral language means to dance or to play. 

According to the Watagora, Yulunga (the Rainbow Serpent and spirit of dance) still sleeps on the River Duck. She wakes up after every storm when touched by the rays of the sun, to watch the sky and protect the good people.
