A duo making some serious noise of late, Latvian pairing Queer On Acid are on a roll following material on Dense & Pika's Kneaded Pains and an impressive remix of TERR and Daniel Watts on Clash Lion across recent months. This is my Art Of The Warm Up special mix that I just did for my friends at Pulse Radio :-)

The second instalment of our warm up mix series comes from the skilled hands of one of Australia's finest DJs, Robbie Lowe. With such tags as "go-to-guy" and “Sydney’s best warm-up DJ," the choice was an easy one, and Robbie has earnt these esteemed credentials by throughout his career warming up crowds and building solid platforms for visiting international DJs like Hernan Cattaneo, Danny Howells and John Digweed, all of whom have remarked upon his mastery behind the decks.

Since the mid 90s Robbie has continued to eschew trends and stay true to the sound he loves - that of warm house and tech with "nice basslines and subtle melodies," and it's a testament to his passion for his career that he has managed to maintain his own sound and style whilst still retaining the crown as one of the nation's best. It's with great pleasure that we bring you Robbie's "Art Of The Warm Up" mix exclusively on Pulse.
