Toxido Mask unveils her first ambient album Spirit Waters on Pregnant Void, a creation born from a long, transformative journey.  The eight-track collection—including six originals and two remixes by Ina Kacz and Nadia Struiwigh—emerged in quiet hours of research, reflection, and deep listening to the currents within and without. Each track draws inspiration from the realms of myth and spirit, where water is not merely an element but a living presence, carrying memory, mystery, and the possibility of healing.

From the shimmering guardianship of the “Naiads” and the ethereal songs of the “Undines” to the silent guidance of spirit allies and the echo of the imagined “Minonohashi”, these compositions flow like secret rivers beneath the surface of consciousness. Spirit Waters is a tribute to water’s power to soothe, reveal, and transform—a space where sound becomes both a mirror and a sanctuary.

Nadia Struiwigh’s Dub remix of “Naiads” brings energy and depth, while Ina Kacz’s reinterpretation of “Spirit Guide” layers whispering vocals and delicate rhythms, creating a fragile yet emotional atmosphere. Together, the remixes complement the originals, completing the circle of Toxido Mask’s vision.

May Spirit Waters offer listeners a place to drift, to dream, and to reconnect with the luminous depths within themselves.

For this Voices edition we unite producers across the techno panorama with different backgrounds in producing and playing music.
The theme of this series is to find your voice, to express your voice as well as listening to others.
Menous opening track “Meguri” carries an atmospheric, floating feeling, followed by an joyful and playful approach by Mary Yuzovskaya with “Late AM”. Then there is the spoken words (vinyl only), in the mothertongue of each Artist, on the A and B side to be explored. Additionally there are texts by Jule Hölzgen and Yun Park.
The B side opens with “Oya”, a track by Sarah Wreath exploring soundscapes and hypnotizing elements. The final track “Ash” by Laima Adelaide unfolds a colder atmosphere and groove.
The artwork by Yeliz Kiliçaslan encapsulates this vinyl in a textured envelope.

Shape-shifting sounds move through waves of distortion, sometimes met by the ethereal call of a siren song.

A methaphorical journey through time until there is no time. Reaching the quantum vacuum: a timeless, fluctuating sea of potential from which all inner and outer universes emerged. Following, as existence unfolds and transforms potential into form, rushing to build and destroy manifold worlds.
Witnessing superfluid patterns of order and motion crystallize, waves and ripples flowing through the quantum fabric. As the cycle turns, all forms, beings and memories dissipate; all that matter(ed) melts into aether, when ultimately, all becomes one and one becomes all - once more the potential of new becoming.

Premiere: Formant Value & Simone Bauer - Eos

For this episode we welcome our dear friend, producer and artist @radiationpattern . The imprint that shaped his sound the most comes from partying in squats, illegal raves, and community spaces rather than clubs. With this mix, he wants to bring a veil of mystery and a sense of curiosity for the invisible.

Radiation Pattern: “I had in mind to create something that feels organic, fluid, and ritualistic at the same time. I usually start my sets by choosing the first tracks with care, and then I build everything around the mood I want to transmit. I wanted to create a very tangible contrast between the first and the last track.”

Radiation Pattern is currently working on a new EP, an A/V project with Tea Ferrari, and an ongoing project with Donia. Together they’ve released an 8-hour, 8-minute jam session with Examine Archive, with more tracks coming next year.

I7HVN steps onto Rites with Augury, a seven-piece transmission that smolders more than it speaks. 

It’s a piece that doesn’t perform for the room, it watches, listens, and slowly coils inward, weaving ritual ambience with cinematic dread and tightly-wound IDM fractures. The tracks don’t rush; they simmer & brood. They haunt the edges of your attention before pulling you fully under. 

Built from a spine of motion art, indigenous memory, and the emotional language of bodies in movement, Augury is Ishan Gaur’s most deliberate act of sonic devotion yet. His world here is sculpted less through melody and more through erosion—tones carved, re-shaped, re-granulated until the original signal dissolves into something feral and new. What remains feels like a personal archaeology of sound: meditative on the surface, volatile beneath.

Across its seven movements, I7HVN sketches a realm where the atmosphere becomes architecture. Ambient drift mutates into hypnotic cycles; sparse percussion erupts into disciplined chaos; and every piece carries the smoke-trail of something ancient, even as it pushes toward the avant-future.
