Fabian Román, conhecido artisticamente como Charla, é um DJ de destaque originário da cidade de Caacupé, no Paraguai.

Charla deixou sua marca na cena underground paraguaia, destacando-se em lugares renomados como Tango Assunção, Café Salazar Panorama, entre outros. A sua capacidade de fundir ritmos cativantes e criar atmosferas envolventes permitiu-lhe conquistar os palcos mais exigentes da cena electrónica da sua região.

Ao longo de sua carreira ascendente, Charla teve o privilégio de dividir estande com artistas de destaque internacionalmente reconhecidos, como Jonas Kopp, Julieta Kopp, Amanda Mussi, Victoria Mussi, Ariel Me Llamo, entre outros.
