While this movie may not have the fastest paced plot ever, we really enjoyed its practical effects, imaginative kills, and how we learn the villain's backstory. If, for some reason, you needed another reason to not answer your door, here it is!  After watching The Strangers, we now fully understand the meaning of Stranger Danger!  We give you full permission to never answer your door again.  This movie is scary for multiple reasons, but perhaps the scariest reason is the poor choices the protagonists made.  Come on ladies, we know getting into a bath with brown water is not good for your vaginal health!  Turn off those country records, don't split up, and listen to our new episode on The Strangers. There's no other way to put it--this was a frustrating one.  All My Friends Hate Me has extremely high audience ratings and a good score on Rotten Tomatoes, so maybe we're the weird ones.  This movie is advertised as a horror comedy, but we found it severely lacking in both categories.  Actually we found this movie lacking every aspect that makes a good movie.  Paired with an equally revolting Harry's Cocktail.

We're coming to get you, listeners! This week, we are talking about George A Romero's classic: The Night of the Living Dead.  You can't watch this movie without appreciating its groundbreaking plot and effects.  HOWEVER, you can watch this movie and not appreciate the useless women (way to go, Barb). Spoiler alert!  We are talking about the relatively new movie, X, from 2022.  If you don't want all parts spoiled for you, go watch before you listen.  With a prequel already out and a sequel on the way, the movie's star, Mia Goth, definitely has that X factor.  This movie is a slow burn, but you do get to see some X-rated stuff during those slow parts!
