Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @michalwolski for its 100th episode of Amplify Series.

Artist focused on deep, richly detailed and unafraid of experimentation electronic music, with a particular emphasis on techno and ambient. Associated with world-renowned record labels.

Michal Wolski creates both solo and in cooperative projects. In his artistic activity he applies techniques based on deep experiments with sound matter, including work with modular systems. One of the main figures of the techno music scene in Poland.

Michał Wolski's work fuels the catalogues of such labels as Nonplus Rec., Eerie Rec., Semantica Rec., Southern Lights Rec., Monday Off Rec., International Day Off Rec., Mnestic Rec., Technosoul, Recognition Rec., Kynant Rec., Qeone Rec., BAHN Rec, Oslated Rec., Inpureform Rec., Blank Slate Rec., Lost In Ether Rec., Silent Season Rec. etc.

He has presented his music through performances at festivals in Poland (including Unsound, Tauron Nowa Muzyka, Up To Date Festival, Warsaw Music Week, Audioriver, Warsaw Electronic Festival, Soundrive, Instytut Festival etc.), as well as in China, Spain, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Germany, Portugal, the United States, Ukraine, Hungary etc. and at countless cultural events in music clubs and cultural institutions. His performances have also been streamed many times online, in the form of DJ sets and live acts.

Journalist and publisher. Since 2010, continuously involved with radio. Author of a radio program dedicated to electronic music – „Synteza FM” broadcast on Radio Kampus. Co-founder of duets: Moonlight Resort & Spa (together with Cafe de la Jungle), Mech (together with Mateusz Wysocki), and with Grzegorz Bojanek. All these projects focus on deep explorations at the crossroads of techno and ambient music.

Michał Wolski also works as an audio mastering specialist and as a music production teacher.

Ephemeral Distance embarked on his DJ journey in 2020 to establish connections with others and delve into his inner world. He views techno as a means of communication, a voyage through space and time, and a route to self-evolution.

His style fuses atmospheric, deep, and hypnotic techno, accentuated by potent dark soundscapes, relentless rhythms, and dystopian synths. It showcases impeccable musical taste and is adept at evoking a wide array of intense emotions.

Nitromi Galien is an intriguing figure in the Techno music world, identifying herself as an Alien woman artist. She was born in Central Europe, but her home is the entire planet Earth.

Nitromi embarked on her musical journey in 2021. She entered the scene as a producer, shortly establishing herself 
as a digital storyteller with a unique sound and narrative-driven sets. Her deep passion lies in the realms of hypnotic 
Techno, fascinating cosmic soundscapes, and etheric ambient, the music that allows her to weave extraterrestrial 
and spiritual stories designed to stimulate the Mind, Heart and the Soul.

Since 2022 she also represents her own futuristic music project called On The Mission that aims to create more 
recognition for her beloved hypnotic family and connect like-minded artists.

Nitromi se embarcó en su viaje musical en 2021. Entró en la escena como productora y pronto se estableció como una narradora digital con un sonido único y sets narrativos. Su profunda pasión radica en los reinos del Techno hipnótico, los fascinantes paisajes sonoros cósmicos y el ambiente etéreo, la música que le permite tejer historias extraterrestres y espirituales diseñadas para estimular la mente, el corazón y el alma.

This is one of my most-requested live recordings in a while! For 4 days at Fusion, ~80,000 people grow a tail and run free in the German forest. It’s what happens when uncompromising art collides with anti-capitalistic freedom. I was invited to play on Saturday night from 2:30am-4:30am on Fusions biggest stage, Turmbühne. Soundtracked by heavy, intense psychedelia, this is a story of moving everybody from the darkest hour straight into sunrise. I wanted to push people’s limits, but I also wanted it to be fun. Thank you to those still standing and especially to the Fusion crew.

@philippapacho is like a musical Swiss knife: she has exactly the right tool for every occasion, from warm-ups to peak time to wonky afters. It was a long residency at Under Bron in her native Stockholm that equipped her with those skills, and since moving to Berlin, she's gone on to make her mark across Europe playing all forms of techno. Late last year, Pacho launched her own label Phorum Records as a further extension of her sound, and she also curates tracks and parties under the Positive Source banner.

It's a high-speed selection of sleek and synth-laced sounds rich in narrative, be that mind-melting urgency, more dark and moody undercurrents or a sense of cosmic unknown. Deftly merging her background in sound design with techno and its real world applications, Toxido Mask is a shadowy DJ/Producer who calls Berlin home and has been challenging the fringe of her craft for over a decade. Her fastidious selections and skill on the decks are nothing short of legendary, providing experiences that rumble and vibrate with mystical power, characterised by a raw intensity and fragile balance between ‘harmony and disharmony, clarity and distortion’, a testament to the transformative nature of the genre and her keen understanding of it. She’s a Tresor resident and curator of the OMM Transmission Podcast and party series, an outlet for further explorations into the murky world of this defiant sound. Productions too have offered a glimpse into the shifting sands of her percussive mayhem with releases on Semantica Records, Aneelhi and Pregnant Void. Toxido’s paradigm has found form wherever possible and proven her singular vision can constantly change and provoke. Next episode of our podcast series is currated by Hydrangea. She got our attention since her very beginings just few years ago. The music she creates doesn't rush on tempo, so she can carefully make a tour in between the flowing soundscapes and dreamy pads. Since her birth she always was tightly connected with nature, which is her inexhaustible source of inspiration. Even though it is not a long while since the day she started to put out material, she gained respect of numerous members of the ongoing scene of deep techno and relased music on labels such as Silent Season, Annulled or the most recent Natch Elements.
Roots of our friendship are bringing us back to the year 2017, when she performed together with Milena Kriegs (Milena Glowacka) and Inner Shapes on party organized by our collective.
