Welcome 2 this DJ Set. It’s a collaboration of Eric Smax ( @eric-smax ) & Arnie ( @arnie_nrw )


Lange wurde darüber gesprochen, und dann ging es plötzlich ganz schnell – die Idee wurde zur Realität. Zwei Musikfreaks haben sich zusammengetan, um gemeinsam an einem coolen DJ-Set zu feilen. Eine spannende Herausforderung, denn keiner wusste genau, wie der andere musikalisch und technisch an die Sache herangeht. Doch eines war klar: Unsere Leidenschaft für Musik verbindet uns, und so war schon vorab sicher, dass die Mix Night ein Riesenspaß wird.

Jetzt ist das Ergebnis da, und wir hoffen, Ihr habt beim Anhören genauso viel Freude wie wir beim Mixen!

Aus einer spontanen Weinlaune heraus kam noch die Idee, ein paar Worte über den jeweils anderen zu sagen. Hier das Ergebnis:

⭐️ Das sagt Arnie über Eric:

 Als ich in Zandvoort beim Sandy Hill Chill erstmals seinen Sound hörte, wusste ich: der Typ hat es drauf ! Damals war ich ich noch weit entfernt von meinen ersten eigenen DJ-Schritten … Eric inspiriert mich - aus unserem Umkreis hier ist er für mich ganz klar an der Spitze der Live-DJs und zudem ein total sympathischer Kerl.
Sein Sound ist energievoll, abwechslungsreich und begeisternd. Er hat wirklich ein 1a Musikgespür.

kurzum: Sein Slogan „music is my life“ trifft es zu 100%

⭐️ Das sagt Eric über Arnie:

Ich folge Arnie seit mehr als fünf Jahren auf SoundCloud und Instagram – und von Anfang an fiel mir auf, wie detailverliebt er in allem ist, was mit Musik zu tun hat. Ob es um die Songauswahl, die Mixparts oder die Technik geht: Alles muss perfekt sein! Er strukturiert sich extrem gut und bereitet sich akribisch auf seine Sets vor – genau das schätze ich an ihm. Und das hört man auch! Seine Liebe zum Detail macht seine Sets besonders. Sein Musikgeschmack ist breit gefächert, und das ist auch gut so – denn er hat einfach einen außergewöhnlich guten Geschmack. Mich holt er damit jedes Mal ab.

Kurz gesagt: WELL DONE, MR. ARNIE!
