The second EP from Atra Nova is a scatterbrained flurry of moods and feelings. Combining the relentlessly glitchy sampling techniques of his last album, Mixed Tapes, with frenetic drum breaks, noisy sound design, and dense synth layers, this EP sees Atra Nova pulling out all the stops that have been used up until this point. 

Despite it's diverse track lineup, this EP takes listeners on a cohesive journey of emotions. Tracks like Reassurance in Recurrence or Full Body Scan lure the listener in with smooth synthwave grooves, all the while subtly tacking on layer after layer of sounds, until suddenly you may find yourself tapping your foot to a noisy cacophony that barely resembles the start of the track. 

Then there are tracks like Toy Car, which conversely display a bold lack of precision, instead leaning into explosive spontaneity that pulls the listener from one frantic section to the next. This approach is taken to the next level in the closing track, Flight of Ideas.
