i have been playing music since i was 17..I am now living in Nelson BC playing with the citizens after my travels to new Zealand studying reggae, and attending Selkirk music program. now i am playing all sorts of music and looking into life trying to find the truth within myself.

As a professor, she served for 8 years on voice faculty at Berklee College of Music, and for 21 years at Selkirk College in Nelson, BC. Career extends back to 1990, when she sang hundreds of commercials in Boston, as well as on ATCO Record's 1990 "Record of the Year": Lost Souls, The Raindogs.

Michael is a singer-songwriter, producer, engineer and is also a multi-instrumentalist. He performs and sings all the tracks on his recordings. He records in his studio "The Sound Works" currently located in Nakusp BC Canada.

  MYLA is a is a National & International Award Winning Singer/Songwriter that has been recognized by CTV Globals founders- Fred Sherratt Award, Mike Pinders Songwriting Award, & Billboards International Songwriting Awards. As a Producer & music Engineer, she's produced many of her own music, and her collabo project's songs with Dafusia. She also producers other artists, and is a reputable Vocal Coach in the industry.

 Mandy's music performances vary from acoustic originals and cover songs to exotic eclectic club sets, with dub infused, soulful, jazz vocal inflictions, and hiphop vibrations. She often performs on guitar or piano accompanying herself, or often with other talented artists. She has a percussive history as well, as a drummer, as well as even studied an Indian percussion instrument called, Miradangam.

  Mandy studied music at Berkley transfer, Selkirk College, in Nelson, BC, Canada, graduating with both a Vocal Performance Diploma, and a Production & Engineering Diploma, with additional Composition Courses.

Mandy's spent alot of her recent years working in an Electronic Vocal project with Dafusia (formerly the duo was known as Hawri 'n' Mandy). They've released various tunes on beatport through Play Records & Onion records, and composed, produced, recorded & engineered all of their own tunes themselves. They've performed alongside Foreign Beggars, Big Gigantic, Matt the Alien, Kraddy, DJ MRK, & Going Quantum to name a few, as well as performed festivals such as WEMF (World Electronic Music Festival) & Connect Music Festival. They've been an active contributor to the Electronic scene in Toronto, performing for the Virgin Mobile Mod Club's Uk Underground night, and Bassmentality at Wrongbar. Their collaberations usually involve a melodic dubstep core, layering in and out of hiphop, soul, rock, world, and funk with Mandy's jazz infused vocals. vocals are unique, tasteful and entrancing. Known for sending shivers up her listeners spine, her creative fusion of genres, in collaberation with her deep lyrical content of world/universe connection, passion, love, existence, nature, power and life, all fire up to explode into a starburst of tasteful artistic deliverance.

Bottoms Down is a duo out of Nelson BC that combines the vocals and acoustic rhythm of Craig Beauchamp and the shredding lead of Australian prodigy Alex Ure to make up a new brand of Acoustic folk funk.

Mike Hodsall has been performing and recording professionally for nearly 30 years. He has performed in over 25 countries around the world. He spent 16 years on the road as the lead guitarist for the notorious tribute band BC/DC. Mike has spent the last 7 years as bass player for the legendary Canadian punk band, DOA, participating on their last three albums and North American, European, UK, and Asian tours. 

Mike has also recorded and toured with Circle the Wagons(punk), Raven Head(dark psychedelic) and Noble Five(southern rock). He has recently released three solo albums, Atmospheres, Darker Places, and Into The Mist. The albums range from ambient/orchestral to classic prog rock. He is also set to release an instrumental rock guitar album called Shapeshifter, and a post-punk/goth/new wave album under the name of October Architect. Both in the next few months. 

When not touring or recording solo or group albums, Mike does podcast music and radio documentary scores.

Music sweet music I wish I could caress' Jimi Hendrix 'I started singing in my older brother's band at 15 because he said I should, allowed on stage but not in the bar. I had thought to be a ballerina but my knees gave out and I gave in, hiding behind my hair back with the drummer. The rush of singing, this intense mysterious territory within me, storming through me, where did it come from? I decided not to question it too much. I was adopted by some road warriors of the blues, Bobby Stewart and J Greg. These guys didn't believe in monitors so I was forced to lean my terrified self out into a room and audience, hearing the mains breathe, hearing the whole sound. I was beginning to learn that this music thing was all about listening, connecting, giving and letting go...and I wanted to believe that it didn't have much to do with me. There was no way I could belt out Aretha Franklin's Dr. Feel Good without drummer Bill Wilson holding back and then kicking me in the ass. My big claim to fame from this time is an article on me (most likely I said I was 21) in Easy Rider magazine; my mom attempted to order the back issue but they kept sending her paraphernalia catalogues. I have since been in many bands: jam bands, funk, soul, blues, rock , trippy 60's and a disco show band 'Shag'. A working musician traveling in loaded vans, showing up in some town hall or nightclub, at festivals, raves, weddings, ski resorts or at a tree planters' party up some crazy logging road. Fund raisers are big where I come from. Mom and Dad had a floor to ceiling library, boards and bricks and all these records. Us kids rocked out on the old couch as our stage to the Stones 'Exile On Main Street', boarded our Yellow Submarine and never questioned that we weren't the egg man and the walrus koo koo kitchooo. We had folk night at our big brown house in Nelson, BC; black instrument cases and beer cases filled the house and then the inevitable time for bed... falling into slumber to 'the night they drove ol' dixie down'. Music was as integral and as normal as a peanut butter and honey sandwich. JJ Cale helped dad do the dishes and I still believe that the songs of Bob Dylan make bread rise and the laundry do itself. As a child I was extremely sensitive and sometimes complicated; the inner life of an artistic temperament drew me to faerie world and creativity. I loved to make art, to dance and sing, because I could disappear. Socially I was one of the weird kids, so I was fortunate to have 5 siblings, books, ballet, piano and violin lessons, choir and recorder at school. We were read to as well. I still disappear into creativity; for me it is such an introverted in- the-moment experience. It is medicine, revealing myself to me, a safe haven for questions, confession and desires, a way to unravel and try to make sense of what I see and don't want to see in our world, even the gift of total distraction. I have, and as Nina Simone sings in the traditional 'Nobody's fault but mine, If I die and my soul be lost', wrestled with a lack of confidence, strength of character and discipline to expose and share my inner life, my creativity. I am so much more comfortable and experienced at singing other people's creations. I have found profound solace in the writing of songs. They have saved me, soothed me, haunted me, woken me in the middle of the night, kept me out of trouble and got me in trouble; they have an energy and drive of their own. I am grateful to all who encourage me to share my songs and I am ready to because I am...."
