The Goldshein Diamond store Heist

The Columbae mission in E major, for concert band. 

The story;

Nubilon V (v stands for void travel) is a space transportation company traveling and trade between super void space in the area called; Columba void. Voids are very large empty spaces with about a proxy 100 stars spread at nearly 250 million light-years in diameter.
From the earth to space to a water depot near Alpha Columbae star, the mission that has to be completed by Nubilon V-H20, a space water tanker.
It all depends on the captain and his crew, but it is the most filled area with dark energy and dart matter, it will not be an easy journey. 
Translated by music I will take you on this journey to the Columbea Void and hope we both will survive….

The composition:

Is written for full concert band, I used several techniques Igor Stravinsky used to handle in his pieces only I have taken them to another level and made it more comical, a wink to John Williams and Hans Zimmer in this piece and a tough of Danny Elffman. I reach and written 5 different counterpoints which are mirrored true the whole piece. 
If you listen closely than you should hear that you are in space and traveling very fast. Variate measures unto 7/8 5/8 13/8 4/4 4/8…
