Sounds like you are in an old smokey bar smoking a cigar, but that bar is actually on the moon because that is what people do in the future, and you are a cool detective cop, but you are also half robot, and then you see the guy you have been tracking down for like a week, so you launch yourself off the bar and crash tackle him to the ground, and a glorious psychedelic brawl ensues.
