Rafael Setta tem mais de uma década de experiência, e transita por sons conceituais e de vanguarda. 
Acumula apresentações em eventos como o Rio E-Music Festival 2013,Euphoria Revival, Inox Festival entre diversos outros com seu projeto The Altruists. Em 2012 o projeto recebeu o prêmio de destaque em performance em música eletrônica no Dj Sound Awards,além de ter se apresentado em eventos como RMC 2011, lançamento oficial do Rio Street Parade 2011 no MAM, e na festa Groove Sessions Underground Edition no Club La Passion. Ainda em 2011 teve seu set premiado na exposição Geração Eletrônica, se apresentando ao lado de grandes nomes da cena. Seu set alcançou a marca de mais de 3 mil plays no soundcloud oficial do evento.
