Although Manchester native Beatmode Seems new to the scene he First started to make his unique brand of tech/progressive/Electro  house to make the music for the factious DJ Frankie Wilde, who strategically released hit dance singles in UK and Ibiza, leading up to the world premiere of “All Gone Pete Tong”, the now cult classic of rave and drug culture films.
Since Beatmode burst on to the scene he has Played everywhere from Moscow to Mauritius California to Ibiza playing at some of the biggest & most prestigious clubs worldwide, as well as playing at Es Paradis, Bora Bora & just about everywhere else in Ibiza. Along with all the main clubs in Italy like Alter ego (Verona),Fitzcoraldo (Florence) Imperiale (Pisa),History (Napoli) And many more all over Italy. Also taking a major part in the Amsterdam dance event (ADE) for several years now.
Now Signed to Warner music worldwide via thier One More Tune Imprint the future is looking bright for Beatmode

Retropolis is the brain child of producer Sam White hailing from North West England, rooted in breakbeat with a love of piano, this project has grown and evolved into a bass driven monster.

Nominated in the International Breakspoll 2014, Best Breakthrough Producer category and a regular name in the Beatport Breaks Chart, Retropolis is making waves in the breaks community.

Having releases on US label For the Love of Breaks, Propaganda Music, Booty Trax, Warehouse Wax, The Pooty Club Records, Kode5 Recordings, Rave Style’e and others, there is plenty more to come.

The Retropolis dirty breaks style receives support from Sanxion, The Flashback Project, Vinyl Junkie, Kid Panel and KL2 to name a few.

Shoe2 H2i began as a writer of a graffiti crew called FTV. In the summer of 1988, I spent several months in Manchester, Uk, attending club events at Hacienda and Boardwalk watching the heats of DMC and also buying new tunes at Spin in Records. It was there that I fell in love with hiphop music. Back in Warrington , I teamed  up with Tasker who was already creating a name for himself in the Graffiti scene in Northwest. Until then, I had mostly been spinning hip-hop and funk. In the Summer of 1990 i discorverd a club that rocked a new vibe that was House music. House quickly rose popularity throughout the Northwest and the rest of the U.K .This is where i got my first taste of dance music, importing from the USA trolling record shops for that rare gem. As my taste was allways HipHop the piano tunes from Italy was replaced by a new cool sound that was Early Drum n Bass, Jungle. This music improved my Djing skills tenfold, cutting two records up, playing around with the rythmic dynamics. I began to get a reputation for solid mixes diverse in style that was popular in the Northwest, mainly playin private partys and ilegal events.

Alot of things have changed since those days but with my thirst for bass and the invention of Traktor Scratch with the vinyl system has opened up new doors for me. 2011 has been a great year for me, so with a spring in my step and love for music you have a DJ with an unsurpassable rhythmical sense and eclectic taste.
