The talented Alex Opteck returns on AE with the enigmatic “Time of a clock EP”.
The two tracks composing the ep sit perfectly one next to the other, interpreting the new school techno sound in all his aspects. The big kick and the fat bass leave room for hypnotic vocals and Detroit style stabs, a perfect game of reverb and delay gels together the different layers enveloping the listener in a deep journey. Alex manages to tame the groove rhythmical parts thanks to a masterful choice of effects and atmospheres which make the song develop very easily towards the long climax and creating two dance floor weapons which will make scream any crowd.
Another must from your favourite Uk techno label.
