Dj and producer Javier Caballero Manzano is his real name. Born in Cáceres in 1987, his inspirations were up to more, so he moved to Barcelona to continue his career and, be even more expanding in his musical culture.

Electronic music begins to capture this young cacereño's atencion at age thirteen when, after listening to groups of dark wave and gothic rock like Joy Division or the smiths..., influenced by the electronic movement in Madrid the 80's, begins to discover EBM bands and artists to, absorb the best European music, buying his first's records by listening to bands like Nitzer Ebb, Front 242 and A Split root Second. A result of that, discovers the sound that hi finds himself identified, and encourages him to make his first steps with machines and sequencers. Realizing that, his place is within the so-called Birmingham-Techno (Dark-techno). With 18 years old, purchases his equipment and feels a deep passion for what he does and, starts to show the public the wonderful world of darknes, buying and reviewing national and international artists as Anthony Child (Surgeon), or Karl O'Connor (Regis), Peter Sutton (Female), Richard Polson (The 65d Mavericks), James Ruskin, Groof, Adam x Dave Clarke, PAS, Oscar Mulerom Christian Wunchs, Exium, Reeko... demonstrating to a large audience in festivals and halls all around his area where, thanks to his impeccable techniques and skills behind the decks, the major of halls all around the Spanish geography, starts to count on him for different events  Sala Zeus ( VallaDolid ) , Festival Wht (Valencia ), Avilés (Asturias),Madrid,Salamanca,Caceres and different sites across Spain. As well as every weekend to visit the most famous rooms in Barcelona.

In 2008 the level goes up non stop, thanks to his improved work and perfection on his sets , gives him ocasion to do warmups and share cabins with artists like: Reeko, Exium, Christian Wunchs, Agony Forces, Oscar Mulero, Rob Stown, Jerome hill and etc .
This young music lover shows in his Birminghnan-techno sessions all what hi learns and capable to do, to transmit the joy of the elegance and the power of techno together.
But he does not stop, and without leaving his serious and intelligent Techno, now a days he can delight us in Detroit-Techno sets more primitive and melodic , even the denominated Berghain-Techno, being influenced by artists like Ben klock, DVS1, Marcel Dettman, Lucy, Scuba, Sigha...

So with this kind of sets, gets to visit and to do warmups to the most and les known rooms of the city of Barcelona, becoming to be known by recording different podcast for Catalan and European radios as Levirage Fm, Viasound.gr Greek Radio, etc...

CLR Podcast 255 – Kr!z

It is Monday the 13th of January 2014 and we have Kr!z back on the CLR Podcast with a generous two and a half hours long set. The founder of the internationally acclaimed Belgian imprint Token Records has used two turntables, two CDJ´s and one FX to mix together 51 tracks into this excellent set, showing once more his great musical taste and outstanding DJ skills. The present podcast contains a mixture of older, classic pieces and brand-new material, including several exclusive, unreleased tracks such as upcoming Token releases by CTRLS and Rødhåd. Over the last decade, Kr!z has become a respected and established value in Belgium´s Techno scene and a resident-DJ for the legendary 'Kozzmozz' nights. Nowadays his DJ-schedule takes him all over the world and his label Token Records, which stands for timeless, uncompromising Techno, can look back on released tracks and remixes by numerous of the most respected players in the scene.

It is Monday the 24th of February 2014 and we have Argentina born and Barcelona based Sebastian Lopez aka Flug for the first time on the CLR Podcast. Over the last ten years, Flug has positioned himself in the global Techno scene as one of the most promising producers and performers. He has been an integral part of the Argentine and Barcelona scene and his productions have made it into the playlists of some of the most acclaimed international artists. You can find his work on labels such as Stockholm Ltd, Sleaze, SINO, Enemy and very soon he will release four original tracks on the “Sincrodestino EP” on CLR. His main label is Glasgow's Sleaze Records where he has released countless songs and the very first album of the imprint. The present set has been recorded live, last Thursday at CLR´s weekly Disturbance party in Berlin.
