AudioUnit is the solo project of Australian based artist Brian Clark, Brian has been performing and producing since the late 90’s.

From his roots as a bass player and performer and love of the Australian psy-trance party scene, he soon started Dj’ing and producing releasing his first tracks in 2003. One of which was a smash hit collaboration “Addictive Solution” with artist Eskimo.
After some time in the studio developing his own unique brand of full-on psychedelic trance he met collaborative artist and wasabi brother Chromatone, he now has releases on NANO Records, Zero1-Music, Reckless Rhythm Records & 3rd eye Japan and many more. In 2013 his EP “Challenge of the Grid” with Chromatone on Zero One Music tore up the psy-scene with its heart pounding dance floor hits.

Releasing in 2014 his first solo EP “Dirty Funkatronic” and in 2015 “The Prophet” both reaching top 5 & Top 10 on beatport’s Psy-Trance Top 100 and Juno, with title track featuring in Beatports 10 Must hear PSY week 36. AudioUnit is quickly becoming once of Australia’s Full-on artists to watch.

AudioUnit’s is a popular act in the Australia festivals scene playing in almost every state and territory featuring on the main stages for Rainbow Serpent, Maitreya, Dragon Dreaming and many other’s featuring along side a plethora of artist’s, this veteran of the psychedelic scene will be sure to give you an experience you won’t forget.

More recently Brian now has relesed on Future Music Records, Iboga’s new sister label which is quickly sweeping through the international scene.  Now with releases on NANO Records, Zero1-Music, Future Music Records & 3rd eye Japan and many more, AudioUnit is becoming an Australian icon with world wide recognition for his meticulous production and unique Full-on funky style.

Nano Records lieutenant, world-class DJ and all around ninja, DALA originates from the multi-manic Cape Town party scene; where he honed his unanimously appreciated world class techniques for blending the finest selection of psychedelic beats meticulously sought out from all around the globe.

Starting his DJ endeavours in the late 90’s, DALA joined Nano Records in mid-2000s and since then has flourished into one of the top Psy-exports from Afreaka!  

With an eclectic taste of vibing music, his main passion focuses on the playful groove based funkedelics with driving bass-lines, tantalizing rhythms, funky leads and high-flying atmospheres. His ability to pick up from any vibe and draw people into magical journeys on the fly makes him one performer you definitely need to experience!!

Born and raised into the music and events industry, it was not long before DALA got his hands on the sound control knobs - from fooling around with pitch controlled tape recorders to professionally mixing live bands - he was hooked! As technology develops he continuously refines his skills on the latest in DJ gear, experimenting to find what works best for his ever-evolving style...

Many years on and DALA has built a solid reputation within the international Psy-Familia, sharing his infectious positive vibes at a wide range of gatherings.
