Roberto B (@mgxloop and @volt5000) and I now present track 5, "Nouveau monde", in our work-in-progress album of late 2022 - and we hope that you'll enjoy it.

The track was created in collaboration in September 2022 (initial composition, recording and mix in MAGIX by Roberto B), 16 October 2022 (subsequent composition, arrangement, recording and mix in GarageBand iOS and Logic Pro X by Alex M), and 18 October 2022 (additional arrangement, recording and final mix in MAGIX by Roberto B), and posted here on SoundCloud on 22 October 2022 (by Alex M), before the album as a whole.

The artwork cover for the track was designed and completed using PowerPoint and Mac OS Preview by Alex M on 18 October 2022 - in coordination and agreement with Roberto B.

Digestion isn't simply absorbing and alchemizing food. It's about everything in one's purview. We are the sum of everything we "ingest" on a daily basis... the sum of the five people with whom we spend the most time; the books and other resources we choose to read, watch, listen during our awake hours... as well as while we sleep. Our bodies rest while we sleep; but, our souls only recharge in the reflective spaces like meditation, grounding with nature, sharing our sacred time spaces with those who want to earnestly know, honor us, and choose to welcome us... and most importantly, with whom we feel safe enough to welcome towards the innermost depths of our soul. It's not the words, "You're safe" that convince a soul to approach... it's the energetic alignment. 

This piece resembles the game we often feel like we enter, whether the old pinball types or the electronic kind where we encounter things that bounce us from one emotion to another and back again... prayerfully, ending up in a melodic harmony within which we can not simply survive... but, thrive as the person and soul entity we always knew ourselves to truly BE.
This Instrumental was produced in a frequency meant to NOT be listened to while driving or operating machinery; and at a lower volume through wireless headphones for maximum effectiveness.

I accidentally found a SHORT clip of an old version and outtake of one of my tunes DEEP BLUE in my archives.
Kind of an interesting find... and good enough I thought why not post it on SoundCloud.
I ultimately decided on a different approach as can be heard on the "official" version of Deep Blue, which I had released in 2017.

WELCOME ALL to my SoundCloud page!

It's always a pleasure to discover through SoundCloud the wealth of wonderfully talented and creative musicians out in the world... all sharing their own distinct and artistic creations.  I'm very happy to be a part of this amazing, creative, and supportive community.

My main instrument is the guitar (mainly electric... sometimes acoustic). I also play on occasion bass and keyboards (strictly for recording on my own compositions).  Most of my music tracks on SC are created, recorded, and produced in my home studio.  Recently, I've been making good use of midi sequencing to ultimately produce tracks that I otherwise would find almost impossible to do by other means. 

Fusion (my mix of jazz, rock, funk, soundtrack, etc.) is the best way to describe most of the music that I produce these days.  I've enjoyed playing and recording many styles/genres of music in the past, and all these past musical experiences influence me today in the way I compose and play.

You will find here on my SC page samplings of new and older works of mine.  The track picture icons more or less help identify what tracks belong to other associated tracks. And I will try to present some extra information for the individual tracks for those that are interested as well.
