The master of twisted noise is adding a new album to his incredible discography. Following his monumental album ‘The Gag File’ on Dais, ‘Switches’ is the next chapter in the evolution of Dilloway's sound. Created on piano and tape ‘Switches’ is a spiralling journey into the rugged mind and soul of one of the most influential figures in radical modern music.

The album is pressed on green 180 g vinyl and housed in a reversed board sleeve illustrated with artwork by Cejero favorite Henri Jacobs. All music mastered by Jason Lescalleet.

Released in edition of 400 copies.

We release Phil Strucks album NNO on February 23.

Phil is a experimental recording artist, who also works as a photographer, documenting the contemporary, experimental electronic music scene and life around it. His music is based on sampling from odd sound sources, random data streams and the usage of microphones and various synthesizer. Phil ennobles the trivial, honors the silence and creates an experimental collection of raw textural ambiance. It could’ve been a matter of trompe-l’oeil, a mere juxtaposition of audio signs to mimic functionality, but there’s a much more vibrant and fluid quality to his mind-expanding pieces. He is living in Hamburg, Germany.

'The Danish imprint Infinite Waves takes a step back with its triple
cassette anthology ‘Still Water’, showcasing the current tides and
sounds at the label. The compilation will be released on October
13.

The rules on Still Water are the same as on the 2017-precursor,
Underwater Gestures. Each of the six artists has been given a tape
side – or a maximum of 20 minutes ¬– to incorporate their own
sound and atmospheric textures, resulting in a triple cassette
release with six different notions of the ‘ambient’ terminology.
By compiling different works of art, Still Water is both a statement
that is larger than the individual works and a manifestation of the
concept and artistic profile at the Copenhagen based imprint. In a
world of easy to digest singles, Still Water is a far-reaching and
weighty body of the work.'

Travelling across the globe is the ultimate way to brighten your imagination and widen your knowledge about the shape of things. Even a travel diary provide the close sense to its reader; the adjoining experience could be really mind-transferring if the diary is written in universal language. Four years after ‘Temnoe Poznaetsya Chernim’, Klammklang presents another report of @kptransmission's inner pilgrimage.

Karina Kazaryan has collected the sonic material for ‘Beatrice’ while exploring Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, as well as some of Russia's non-obvious destinations. Every day of this wayfaring bore a special significance to the musician, not only through the evocation of memories and insights, but also in conjunction with edifying and effortful books read and films watched (hint: Walerian Borowczyk) during the passages between points. Akin to these inspirations, ‘Beatrice’ takes its stand: the attempt of purest and highest perception of mortals’ desires and sensations, connecting them to the ‘Outer World’.

Making her music spiritual yet up-to-date and challenging, KP Transmission manages to keep this sonic flux as carnal as never before. From erratic layers of ‘Spell’ and proto-amen breaks of 'Eerie V2' to neurotic pulse of ‘Wolf Eyelash’ the album forcloses the genre-conventional “dark night of the soul”-esque vibe with rhythm as its key element. Through the metal clashes, church choir samples and beat-making inclusions of Zeena LaVey’s voice (in ‘Kariades’), ‘Beatrice’ still occurs as voice of trust and ardour; even Dante’s quest for Heavens sometimes was ominous, but had reached its virtuous end.

"Life Shrugs and Waves" is a continuous sound experience created within one eurorack modular system patch. Not thanks to, but rather despite some unfavorable circumstances. As a life itself shrugs in bewilderment, waves engage in an interaction. Whatever the cost and consequences may bring. Fluctuations, interconnection, loss, godsend. So this is all about one patch, one approach, one interaction - are the chapters of the same novel. 

"Life is like a sine wave. We are in it through our personal ups and downs. The input dictates output and sometimes this random interplay of cause and effect is overwhelming. That's why life is a feedback loop. Special people come and leave our lives. When they are gone, one might say that nothing tragic has happened. Adagio is better than requiem. So sometimes it seems that in the age of the shrug our civilization might die of indifference. But it still stands. No love lost, nothing is wasted. Yet"
