@coreselfsavesyou focuses on meditative, rhythmic patterns of sound and movement that evoke shifts in our inner and outer environments. It works to reconstruct our most depersonalised sectors, offering tools of spiritual confrontation, healing and purging through channelling. It is 
the self that simmers within less we are ready to call upon it and bring it out.
