note to myself

This is a page for original solo songs: I typically post one to two new original compositions per week, usually hot off the presses (written and recorded in my home studio the same day they’re posted.)   

In 2022 and 2023 I wrote about 200 songs.   

Sometimes I write lyrics and sing them, too!  

My main keyboards are an Eilers upright grand, a Korg SV-1, a Nord Stage 4 88 key (upgraded April 2024 from a Nord Stage 2), a Microkorg, a Yamaha Keytar, and a Casiotone 701.  

I started playing the piano when I was five years old.   I also play some accordion and harp, and I am hoping to improve my guitar playing.  

I made some really cool iridescent and black high quality vinyl sevenmiddlenames stickers: sometimes I send them in the mail (for free!) to kind repeat listeners.  If you’ve read this far, perhaps you’re one of them.   The honor of anyone hearing and enjoying my work is motivating and inspiring: thank you.
