After a strong run of releases on Secret Fusion, Nothing Is Real, and Sprechen earlier this year, NYC-based producer Evan Michael now lands on HIFI/LOFI Records with his Modern Life EP — a forward-thinking five-track journey that drifts from dreamy house to cosmic indie dance, with subtle shades of melancholy woven throughout.

Having spent the past decade deeply immersed in New York’s nightlife, Evan has supported many of the city’s most vital independent clubs while absorbing their eclectic soundscapes.
