The Auryn X (or Auryn paradoX) Project was created by the Romanian designer and musician Alexandru Popovici to promote his visual art and music. The Auryn is an emblem from Michael Ende's book “NeverEnding Story”(the symbol was inspired by the uroboros, the celestial snake that's biting its own tail). The Auryn offered its bearer the power to bring into existence any wish without limits or conditions. The Auryn paradox comes from the fact that our imagination is limitless and limiting at the same time.  Because it’s limitless, people can create anything in their minds, but it’s also limiting because when people have an unlimited number of choices, they become paralyzed.
