In sheer rapture, Riotvan hereby announces... Curses, the most classy and charming prince of darkness that contemporary dance music has to offer, is debuting on the label with a new release. 

We’ve seen him on remix duties for New Hook recently. Still, here we find him submitting two originals, crafted with his regular companion, Dame Bonnet, on the bass and showcasing a rather tender sentiment within the signore’s emotional spectrum. 'Premonitions' aligns bass-driven Postpunk-verve with blissful synths and an overall romantic tuning that Human League or Tears For Fears would’ve sold some close relatives to achieve. 

'Salvation', on the other hand, builds a somewhat meditative, almost IDM-like grounding, on top of which Curses practices a head-spinning Talkbox-exorcism.

Isolation can be weird and troublesome but also a great opportunity for reflection and inspiration. These are some seriously strange times we are all living in and sometimes it gets hard to imagine a healed world. Even though things like music and art can feel so trivial in these times, it’s often the thing that saves us from darkness. I offer to you ‘Epoch Flux’ - a 6-song mini-album of new songs I’ve made while shut away from the outside world.
