The key to acceptance in their possession will be able to open the door to enclose the weak and imperfect parts of the universe;
welcoming them, loving them to transmute them.

I like to think about what the effect of listening can be on a physical, emotional, imaginative and even spiritual level.
It seems clear that, in certain cases, sound can generate a temporary space in which things happen.
Here space is transformed into ritual, probing the most peripheral areas of collective consciousness, evoking spirits made of sound waves and vibratory entities.

New Zealand’s underground hosts a deep camaraderie between the minimal bass and psychedelic trance communities.

Rolling basslines, progressive polyrhythms, and a love of Soundsystem culture bring the two cultures together time and time again in a melting pot of hypnotic beats.

Dubcore is an attempt to capture this culture and honour my roots on both sides.

VA Entropic Density is a new compilation which brings the dark and psycore tunes together from different sides of the world, compiled by oxomo, mastered by Syncra, release by Metacortex Records.

Entropic Density is a concept we created and it symbolizes the density of the particules that scattered around after the big bang (which is still a mysterious theory involving entropy), to create our expanding universe. It is the density of creation, free flow of the matter and force of the universe that is present in every particle. Each matter has its own space and power; while the universe expands and each piece has its own frequency and vibration as well as its own sound. We try to combine the dark sides of experimental and psycore with their own entropic elements in an innovative and experimental way.
