After the positive feedback on the release of the RUN 45 RIDDIM in the middle of last year, Max Rubadub has unceremoniously taken the phone and gathered a selection of producers to break the genre boundaries in 2014. The RUN 45 REMIXED Selection was created by names like JStar (UK), Blend Mishkin (GR), Liondub (U.S.) and many more. They turned the 11 Tunes into Jungle, Dub, Hip Hop, Reggae and Dancehall pieces.

Some call it hiphop reggae, some call it reggae hiphop, either way dub meets scratch, rap meets ragga and break meets skank in this fifty something minute set. 

I wanted to do a mix using some of the live mashup routines I dropped at events like Reggae Garden in Swindon, Reggae City in Birmingham and Roots Yard at Shambala last summer, alongside some of the dope remixes and full tracks I've been downloading since then and it ended up spiraling in to two volumes. There's a couple of my own remix/mashups on here too.
