The society is already collapsing, destroying nature and running out of oil. Humanity arrive at a singularity point, where noone knows what will happen. But the state shall fall, or the 1984 state will occur everywhere to maintain the power in place. Fontaine's Collapse EP delivers a dark and fresh sound with its blend of acid and breaky techno. The EBM origins are not far from its energy. The tracks, such as '101 Collapse' and 'System Expiration', encapsulate the dystopian and apocalyptic feel of a society on the brink of collapse, while 'Distorted Continuum' and 'Murmure De Synthèse' hint at the possibility of a new era of creativity and freedom arising from the ruins.
