Asymmetric welcomes legendary UK DJ and radio presenter Graham Gold, who joins forces with The Green Snake Records Group owner Samotarev for this fine EP.

Starting off with Grahams own version of Rising, this melodic deep driver really packs a punch, full of energy and beautiful layers. Big!

Samotarev's version of Rising takes us deeper and more hypnotic, with a swagger and a great build. A wonderful compliment to Grahams version.

Zombi & Maydan team up on remix duties delivering a sophisticated deep throbbing rework, utilising teh elements from both versions and morphing them in to a new slant. Hot!

Graham is up next again with his version of Blue Camels. No messing about here with its pace and vibe, this is a rocker!

While rounding off this EP, Samotarev's version keeps the fierceness, and draws you in with its wonderful journey like flavours.

We are thrilled to welcome Ras Algethi back to the label with his latest 2 track 'Cirque EP'. With previous outings on ICONYC, Lost on You and Art Vibes Music to name a few, the Russian producer is no stranger to the scene with his driving melodic progressive influenced productions. We kick things off with the outstanding opening track 'Herculesus' a stunning driving melodic techno affair, that employs a deep groove as the basis of the track underpinned by a deep bass that gradually eases its way to the breakdown before unleashing into a rising melodic hook that climaxes into the highpoint of the track as the full force of percussive drive and harmonies combine to see out this great opener. Exciting and essential stuff! Next up Ras drops the outstanding title track 'Cirque'; that starts to delve into deeper more melodic territory, which sees lush pads fused with chord hits highlighted by Ras Algethi's trademark bass patterns, before all manner of varied melodies weave in and out of the stereo field that find the right balance between house and techno to make it an ideal all-round weapon. There's really not much else to say, we'll just let the music do the talking. With pounding melodic arrangements that are so warm and driving, Ras Algethi underpins his status as a true craftsman with the excellent 'Cirque EP', which is certain to find its way into the playlists of the big-name brigade. With 'Indigo' we welcome Jack Lazarus for his debut on ICONYC Noir. Jack delivers a lovely progressive and melodic techno influenced track, which is easily his best body of work to date in our opinion.

The original mix features rich driving textures; as well as euphoric and moody progressive melodic techno vibes to satisfy clubbing, uplifting and feel good needs, which are the keywords for this beautiful and extraordinary release. Utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the mix underpinned by a loaded bass that gradually eases its way to the breakdown of breaks percussive elements before unleashing into a rising melodic hook intertwined with the infectious groove that fades in and out for maximum effect. A sure winner from Jack.

English maestro Four Candles returns to ICONYC Noir with a gem of a remix. His dance floor-oriented rework grabs you from the word go. Interspersing filtered stabs and a stunning groove which beautifully leads into a drop full of tension and excitement are the name of the game. The understated yet driving bassline powers the groove along, as Four Candles keeps the energy up, allowing the driving melodic house feel to shine thru over the many layers and textures to create a beautiful soundscape to round off this classy underground crowd pleaser. Essential stuff!

With 'Indigo', Jack Lazarus really shows that there're no boundaries, as this beautiful melodic release guides you to a dance floor heavy, melodic hug of a release that will leave you with many smile induced moments! Not to be missed.
